Richer Sounds - Leicester Avis 

Excellent service from my local store on a click and collect order!

I was on the market for a 50 inch tv for the living room. I spoke to a person over the phone. Who was extremely helpfull. I was after a TCL or any reccomendation. I was very pleased to be offered a display model tv from last year with a considerable discount. And also a reccomendation for a brand new hisense. I had a day to mull it over and i received information via mail. But i decided on a samsung q90f. I was amazed by how fast everything came together. As after talking to someone on the phone again who was extremely helpful the tv i was after was on offer and was delivered to me the next day! In time for a meet up with friends. The delivery slot was great and so was the drivers and the after care team. Great stuff. Richer sounds are stellar.

Ordering from the Leicester branch was really straightforward. The stereo was delivered as promised. Sadly it had a fault. The store was understanding, sympathetic and efficient. A replacement arrived the very next day. I nor understand why Richer Sounds are ranked so highly and they will now always be my first port of call.

Dealt with by Seb who was courteous and professional and friendly. Always a good experience at Richer Sounds Leicester.

Very good discussion with the branch manager before I made a purchase. He was well informed and gave good advice. Cost of tv and soundbar was fair but I would like to have been given the option of having packaging removed and system set up as well as disposal of old tv. Overall though, I think this is a good source fir electronics.

The customer service is so good it’s unreal. 6 years warranty on tv’s that are honoured without quibble. Wouldn’t give Curry’s the business if they were half the price and the last firm on earth.

Ordered item on line to be picked up at Leicester shop. I didn't look at opening times, so I turned up about 11 am the store was still closed but Seb let me in to pick my order up.

The Sonos ultra arc and subwoofer 4 are really worth it. Need to download the app to change the equaliser setting though, which isn’t to bad in a digital world. But you Danny change locally. Sound quality is spot on and makes a great theatre entertainment system.
Easy to setup as well. Took me a couple of days to settle in with it.

I don’t often write reviews, but Levi at the Leicester store truly deserves one. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to help me choose a new TV. I visited the store several times, and every single time Levi remembered me, picked up the conversation where we left off, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal.

He took the time to talk me through a wide range of TVs, openly discussing the pros and cons of each without ever being pushy. He really listened to what I wanted, showed me the exact features I was interested in, and never once tried to rush me or steer me towards something that didn’t feel right. His honesty and genuine approach built a level of trust you don’t often find in retail.

It was that trust and transparency that ultimately made me choose to buy from Richer Sounds and specifically from Levi. I even joked with him about a poor experience I’d had at John Lewis, where you expect service to go above and beyond, but unfortunately it didn’t. Levi completely exceeded those expectations without trying.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. A real credit to the store and the brand.
