Richer Sounds - Manchester Avis 

Thanks in particular to Sam from the Manchester branch for excellent customer service when my ear buds were seemingly faulty. I chose Richer Sounds to be able to get professional advice about what to buy and I got that in both Manchester and Liverpool.

I had a visit to the Manchester City Centre Richer Sounds store and ended up purchasing a turntable, amplifier and speakers. Ryan helped me out, and this was incredibly useful. I had in mind the system that I wanted to get, and we made a few tweaks after discussing things in more detail. The whole experience was relaxed, enjoyable and stress-free. I fully recommend the Manchester store. Thank you, Ryan, for all of your assistance.

Staff were patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Listened to what I wanted, then helped to pinpoint what something that matched my requirements. Guidance was given re budget against value for money. Discount was given for VIP membership, my purchase has a 6 year guarantee, and it's free delivery.
The only downside was having to wait as my model was out of stock.

After doing a lot of research, I had a shortlist of components for a hi fi system. I went into the Manchester City Centre store and had a good discussion with Matt, and settled on alternative speakers that he recommended and was able to demo.

The service was excellent, they were priced extremely competitively and I received everything 2 days later. I’m very pleased with my system and my experience with Richer Sounds.

Bought a pioneer dj plx500 from Manchester store recently and the service given was excellent. Young man called shiv answered all my questions and set up the turntable for me to try and experience the sound first hand. Not the company they once were. Very very poor customer service and not nice people in charge of the shops? Where is Mr Richer? Why is he not supervising his staff properly anymore? Not run by genuine people like it was in the past. Used to be THE Audio Shop. Not anymore. Luckily there are now other companies that offer similar warranties.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I was given a thorough demo of Sonos and DENON which highlighted the pros and cons of different sized options. I went for the DENON Home 250 in the end and really pleased with it. Great sound in a largish kitchen and looks fantastic in white. Alexa works a treat and links up with Spotify account to play music / playlists without having to pick up my phone. Even my wife approves which is always a bonus and not something you normally hear when buying speakers! Thanks guys, great job as usual.
