Richer Sounds - Plymouth Avis 

Used Richersounds for a few purchases now, the only place i use now for Tv and Audio.

Very helpful in store and know what they sell.

I contacted Richer Sounds and was put through to their Plymouth Branch. I wanted to buy a sound system but really wasn't sure what to purchase.

Oana talked me through my options and I ordered an amp with dual speakers along with the relevant cables. Everything arrived within 48 hours and I could not have wished for a better pre and post sale service, even to the extent of an email checking that I was happy with the products after the event.

Paid for an EverSolo T8 Network Streamer which was awaiting stock. Kept well informed until it was ready for collection. Have bought most of my equipment from them and will continue to do so. Customer service as it should be.

I was pleased to be able to audition a new amplifier at home with the option of a return and refund within two weeks. However, when I asked for the price match to be honoured I was told despite the exact same product being available at £100 cheaper elsewhere it wasn’t eligible because it didn’t have the same warranty period offered by Richer Sounds, so I think the price match offer by RS is quite deceptive.
I was given a £30 discount which helped sweeten the pill somewhat.

Excellent service from everyone throughout the whole buying process, from advice and guidance in the Sheffield store and support on-line from the Plymouth store in price matching then beating a competitor price.
