The staff at the Borough site were amazing. Welcoming, helpful, patient. I wanted to collect my online print job but realised that I could print something there. I was given the assistance to do so. Very pleasant experience and I will certainly return to this store.

Easy online order. Collected from Bath store but son wanted to swap for a different pencil case found in store. Staff in Bath store were super helpful and did the online return form then sent the pencil case back for me. Bought loads of stuff using the 10% off code in store. Overall a very happy son, so a very happy me. Will definitely shop more, and with confidence, from Ryman.

I did an online order for home delivery, everything went very smoothly. I ordered some Really Useful Boxes, I love that brand. The price was very reasonable. I ordered them on the 18th June and they were delivered on the 19th June by FedEx - NOT Evri thankfully! No complaints whatsoever. They were packaged well, nothing broken, in a strongish box - which my cat has claimed! I used to shop in Ryman until my disabilities put paid to that so finding the home delivery option is a blessing. All in all a positive experience.

After ordering online printing my order was wrong however paperwork said otherwise I had my order checked as we wanted posters for a charity event and in the end losing £30 was unexceptionable for a local charity trying to provide a service for local people in Southehd

checked online and said docs prints would cost around 23p per page. Printed 6 pages, black and white, paid £5.02. The charged me £2.50 for printing and 42p per page. Outrageous.
Still my fault as I did not ask first!!!

We had an event nearby and found ourselves in a last-minute lanyard emergency. Jack at Ryman was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to help us — not only did he assist in-store, but he proactively contacted other nearby Ryman stores to track down and gather the quantity of lanyards we needed. He was proactive, calm and incredibly helpful at a stressful moment, and his effort genuinely made a huge difference. Outstanding customer service and a real credit to the team.
