It was a pleasure dealing with George. He was very prompt in addressing my questions and concerns regarding a sauna that I had purchased some years ago. I needed a new part and shipping was prompt and worry free. Lines were open for communication throughout the entire process. Thank you George!

Been a very long road from start to finish with many hiccups but Angelle, Sam and George have been great. George in customer service was unbelievably helpful and delivered exactly what I needed to resolve issues large or small. Sauna is beautiful and works great! Awesome experience start to finish. Their sales, delivery and service teams were top notch. Equally impressive was the quality of advice and product. I chose a complex build/location and the team helped me patiently months before through months after the purchase. And the end product is INCREDIBlE. My family and I have been enjoying our new large outdoor sauna in the snowy northeast almost daily. The experience and result exceeded my lofty expectations.

Do NOT order from Salus Sauna
I ordered a sauna from Salus Saunas after receiving written confirmation of stock and delivery. The company later cancelled the order without cause and held my funds . After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I’ve filed complaints with the BBB and Washington Attorney General.
Consumers deserve transparency and reliability in large wellness purchases. I cannot recommend Salus Saunas based on this experience.
