Very good quality. Easy to assemble and use!
Overall everything went good on the purchase, delivery, assembly and then use. The Sauna has a lot of power and works really good. Doesn't feel weak like others. Very much enjoy.

Best purchase ever! I am so glad I went with Salus. Their customer service was excellent, and the detailed logistics of my sauna's arrival and the thorough instructions for installation made the experience even better. It was the best decision. 10/10 would recommend!

Sam was absolutely amazing
Sam was absolutely amazing. The level of customer service whenever I have a question or concern, is as good as it gets! My health-conscious and very fit son, talked me in to getting the sauna and now my wife and I use it more than he does.

Multiple missing items from the sauna
Multiple missing items from the sauna, including the metal barrel straps needed to complete the build. Broken door latches and thermometer still have not arrived.
Finally finished the build to have my electrician discover the control model on my Huum drop heater was missing a screw insert (preventing the unit from functioning). It's been 2 months since delivery and I still do not have a functioning sauna. No timeline has been provided for the missing items or broken unit.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. I’m really sorry to hear about all the issues you’ve encountered, that’s not the experience we want any of our customers to have.
We shipped out the missing and damaged parts as soon as we were notified in order to make things right, and we completely understand how frustrating those delays must’ve been.
As for the heater, that one took longer specifically due to a very uncommon manufacturer defect. The warranty claim process in this case was delayed further by the time it took to receive all the required documentation and verification from your electrician. Manufacturer approval is required before we can take action on our end, and unfortunately, we weren’t able to proceed until that was completed. That said, our team was ready to move forward as soon as we had everything we needed.
We genuinely appreciate your patience through all of this. If anything still isn’t resolved, or if you need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out via email—we’re here to help.

Great finished product, but
Great finished product, but a lot of confusion from shipping multiple items on seperate dates. Very complicated to assemble and it requires an electrician to do some serious additions.

This company is excellent. The product was great and we had a technical issue with our heater and they helped connect with the manufacturer and get everything fixed. I cannot look. We use the sauna all day and works so well and we are very happy.

Everything as expected. High quality. Support was first-rate (Mark and the team -- real knowledgeable people reply to email / phone) -- specific construction questions answered professionally. And the product (Salus Compass) is top notch (many people have commented on the quality of the wood, windows, doors, benches, etc.).
I have referred Salus to friends, neighbors and family. And they have purchased and recommended to their neighbors, etc. as well.

Salus Saunas is a A+ company
Salus Saunas is a A+ company. When I first contacted the company the sales team addressed my needs and recommended the sauna that fit my needs and guided me through the sales process suggesting other options I would like to include.
We have had the sauna for almost a year now and use probably 3 times a week, no issues and we totally enjoy its benefits.
