Fantastic, seamless app and great customer service!
Seatfrog is a fantastic app, I would highly recommend! I regularly use Seatfrog to upgrade and always works seamlessly. The very first time I had an issue it was dealt with very promptly and clear by way of a very friendly email by Ella V! Very grateful for the extremely effiecient and kind response. Will 100% be using Seatfrog for future upgrades. Thank you Seatfrog and thank you to Ella V!

Great customer service
Great customer service. I was fortunate enough to win a seat upgrade auction, unfortunately my train was cancelled! Refund processed very quickly thanks to Aaron. I definitely recommend using the app for a first class upgrade at a great price.

Seatfrog seems to be run by real people.
I appreciate the ease of getting a refund on this occasion after a torrid day trying to travel last week. I use Seatfrog a lot and really rate it.
Aaron at Seatfrog was most excellent in communication despite pleading with me to name check him in my feedback! Actually I didn't mind this at all. Personalised responses are not common these days.

We had some issues with our train being late (and declassified, so our upgrades couldn’t be used) - huge thanks to Aaron who organised a refund and replied very promptly. I’ll definitely use Seatfrog again.

First class on our train got declassified. Applied for a refund from seat frog, Aaron sorted it and refunded me the next day. Excellent customer service.

These guys are great! I should give a bad review so nobody uses them and I have fewer bidding against me!
But that would be unfair. Special thanks to Ella V in customer services who processed a refund for a declassified 1st journey yesterday evening and well inside 24 hrs. Excellent customer service.

Love seat frog so much and have been using it for the past year.
This is the first time I’ve had a problem, which was my train being cancelled and not being able to use the upgrade I paid for. Aaron, from Seatfrog support was so great and helped sort my refund out for my upgrade. Great customer service!

Excellent customer service
I bought a non-refundable Advance ticket for a day out which was supposed to be respite from being my mum's full time carer. Sadly she died just before I was due to travel and there was no way I could have got on a train after that. Seatfrog actually refunded my ticket and their customer service was fantastic - you actually are emailing a real person with empathy. I have also bought through their auctions and saved myself a ton of money. I will be buying all my train tickets through them in the future because I've had such horrendous experiences with other train companies' customer service but Seatfrog were great.

Great service as always, first time having to contact Seatfrog with a problem but Aaron was great, quick to respond to my email and all sorted out positively. Seatfrog is such a brilliant app to use!

Absolutely first class customer service…
Absolutely first class customer service from Seatfrog, I use Seatfrog for Upgrades when travelling for work and personal ticket purchases. After a harrowing stressful experience with multiple cancelled trains from Kings Cross for a work event in Leeds, my seatfrog upgrade refund was processed in a very timely manner, within 24 hours. Thanks Seatfrog :)
