Lupita was great, made the entire process easy, and was accommodating to our busy lifestyle and schedule, with our kiddos running around all over the place.

Juan and his team do an amazing job! When they sold us the system he broke everything down and showed us the water tests. We have had it since may 2022. We called because we thought we had an issue, he came out not even an hr later, tested my water, and just helped us out with a filter adjustment. Great experience and best customer service.

Juan was our rep and he was amazing! My husband and I actually met with a previous vendor for water solutions, and did not have a great experience. Juan on the other hand was informative, professional, honest, and did not come off as trying to push a sale, which was really important to us, as not everyone is not as mindful as Juan was that moving into a new house also entails us to make decisions where people are willing to work with us rather than get the most money out of a job. Juan answered all of our questions, and was with us throughout the process of consultation, installation, and resetting. He was great. Sedna is great. We are very happy with our service and solution.

The service was awesome and I love my clean water!! 10/10 would recommend. You can feel a big difference in your hair and skin, everything just feels smoother. I also like the fact that the filter system they install has a life time warranty.

We’ve had our system for a year now, and still working great! At the one year mark I reached out to Juan to check our filters to see if it was time to change them. Juan came by without hesitation, tested our water and made sure everything was working as it should. So a year later, and still great. No problems no complaints.

My experience with Maurice and the company Sedna water was hands down the best experience. This is not my first time getting a water purifier. The last company was horrible in every way possible. Sedna water definitely restored my confidence in water purifier companies. Maurice had so much integrity, patience, professionalism and couldnt be more polite and genuine.
