Lupita has been a wealth of knowledge, she is savvy, extremely knowledgeable of her work and the equipment. My eyes have been opened and I was sold! Her presentation and her team of plumbers and installers are also very knowledgeable and quick to do the install. Thanks to lupita, Israel and his teammate, my whole family are now enjoying clean water throughout our home.

I like how my sales rep Juan and Lupita didn't pressure me on getting Sednawater. They just told me the information I needed to know and the benefits of Sednawater. They were able to install my water tank the next day. The installation was quick and easy, it only took about 30 minutes.

Amazing company. Lupita is incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly, and she always pays close attention to every small thing you may need and addresses any worries you might have. Every agent we spoke to were very polite and well-mannered. The day the installation crew arrived, our house was being cleaned by a housekeeper, and the installation crew member took off his shoes to protect the freshly mopped floor. I've also never encountered a company where the president comes in person to conduct business. Juan performed a thorough water test that is really remarkable, much like a chemistry professor would. Juan and his team were very efficient; we had our contract signed the first day, the plumbers came the second day to install the filter, and they came back on the third day to check. It was all done in 3 days. These days, it's rare to find a company like this where you don't have to wait forever or make thousands of calls just to try to arrange for someone to come in to do the installation. The day after the system is installed, Juan and Lupita return right away to test the water and make sure everything is working properly. This business is a true gem.

P.S we also got some complimentary soap if you care about that sort of thing. It might seem something small, but we really enjoy it.
