Juan Guerrero had came and demonstrated how the system would be beneficial to our family. After installation he followed up and tested how the system works again. He also offered soaps for the family with some pretty good fragrances that would work great with the system. I recommend it to families with sensitive skin like mine and a few family members. Juan was very thorough with his presentation. He had us sold within a few minutes. The water here in Menifee Ca is horrible. There is no exaggeration when I say it is 100% better within minutes of putting the system in. The guys that installed did an awesome job. All the lines were put in neat and out-of-the-way using minimal space so that the rest of the garage function well. Both Juan and the installers went over how everything functions with detail. Truly great customer service you can tell they really take pride in their jobs and it was great working with them. We are very excited we have soft water and drinkable water. We will be saving lots of money because we will no longer need to buy bottled water. We look forward to enjoy are Sedna water softeners for many years.

Juan and Maurice were so informative with the product they were selling. I always wanted what was best for my home so I purchased the newest RO with alkaline drinking water and the high quality 10 filtration system. Game changer!!!! After days I’ve noticed my skin is so silky, my dishes and laundry felt soft. I do not have anymore issues with water stains in my home which makes cleaning so much a easier.
I was about to purchase “Rainsoft” but the high cost made me hesitant until I was introduced to Maurice and Juan.
They do not pressure you on buying their product but do offer more affordable system. They were friendly and answered to all my concerns regarding alkaline. My 2 year old son used to have bad eczema and now his skin is healed and no longer bumpy. I have no regrets investing into this.

We are have been looking for our new soft water system. Some companies came by trying to sell the system, but the price was too high. Then we have our family member who uses the Sedna Waster system to recommend the system. When we got our system installed one day after making a call, the price was reasonable. Juan was knowledgeable about the product. The plumber was terrific and fast installed.
