If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered an item from them where it clearly stated delivery time would be before our wedding anniversary. It's not going to arrive in time, I now have to go and buy something else - and they haven't responded to any messages from me asking what's going on. I doubt I'll get a refund. A harsh lesson learned. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves.

It is very disappointing to see that you have provided information that is far from the truth
Your email received a response in under 5 hours and outside office hours
There is no place in our website where we "state" delivery dates. However, we do provide estimated delivery dates. Unfortunately we have yet to find a shipping carrier with 100% success rates and things can occasionally go wrong.
Your order was placed on Friday afternoon at 3:30pm, past our cut-off time which is 2pm as clearly mentioned on our website
The estimated delivery time of your order was between 07/07/2025 and 09/07/2025 and the order was delivered on the 9th indeed
Of course you can get a refund if you return the item, it is all very clear in our Refund Policy
We have a very attentive customer service which we are proud of

I did not get the earrings that I ordered. I ordered lapus lazuli blue earrings. What I received were very nearly black! I'm still waiting for someone to contact me. I shall phone on them on Tuesday. Phoning is impossible. I wanted an exchange IF I could have the blue earrings. Instead I've agreed to return them. Such a shame but ?????

Really disapointed, the items were tiny ehen they arrived, if I has seen rpthem in a shop would have not paid £10 for them both. Overpriced

I was looking for something different as a present and came across just the right earrings. The ordering was straightforward, the price very reasonable and delivery was quick. In real life, the earrings are a very good math in colour to those shown on the website and they turned out to be a perfect complement for a birthday dress, as I thought.

First order satisfaction
First time I've ordered from Sehaya. The jasper earrings in lively colours caught my eye. An ideal birthday present for my daughter in law. As soon as she opened the little bag, she loved them & put them on straightaway. Also planned when she would be wearing them again. I will order again for myself & others from Sehaya. The tree was an unexpected extra.
