Great experience!
I had a lot of help from Torrie to select the right sewing cabinet. She went above and beyond. Then the shipping information from Kasey helped me get prepared for how big the boxes would be. I took my time putting the cabinet together, even watching the video on assembling the hydraulic lift. It turned out great and I love my new sewing room!

Great Customer service, when you have great customer service you have repeated business. I want to thank you Lora at Ext 117 and Robert. When i tried the directory there was many Loras so that's why I put in Lora's Ext so you would know which Lora helped me. I have a X- large purple matt for my sewing machine and a small matt for my baby lock celebrate serger which I just purchase but you all were all out of the purple medium and large matt. UPDATE:::I am updating this review as I have received my machine and Laura from customer service called to explain the situation and apologize and offered a gift card. I am pleased that SMP was concerned enough to contact me personally to let me know this is not the way orders usually go. I very much appreciate the personal experience and will definitely shop with SMP again
The communication from SMP has been spotty at best and inaccurate. I placed an order on June 15. For whatever reason, the order was not processed (even though order was confirmed via email) I t was not processed until I called customer service on June 10. I received email saying I would receive the serger and needles on the 28th. All items had the same tracking number. I knew it had to be signed for so I stayed home from work and waited. No serger! Needles did arrive. A customer service call again, the rep said oh, serger is coming on Tuesday. Signature required. Email gave a new tracking number from FedEx. Stayed home again today. Again, no machine. A young man with customer service named Maxx J has tried to help and has been diligent about trying to find my machine

I got an excellent price
I got an excellent price. Customer Service has been very good. The packaging was sloppy and not taped well for shipping. The sales guy included a mat to set the machine on and it is very handy! Now all I need is a computer expert to help me figure it all out😀

My Brother serger thread spools were advertised in a box. Mine came with the four spools in a clear plastic bag.
