My sewing acrylic insert fits my cabinet and my machine beautifully! I’m so happy. The only thing I had to adjust was the height of my machine. It sits too low on the adjustable shelf so I added cardboard underneath it. I appreciate your employee who took my order accurately! Thank you!

Slow delivery time
This is the 2nd time I've ordered from here and both times I've had shipping delays. This time, part of my shipment didn't get shipped. When I asked, I was told it shipped on 5/23. When I finally got the package, it showed a packing slip with a ship date of 5/26. My order was originally placed on 5/12. This resulted in my customers having to wait due to the lengthy delays. Prices are great, but if you are in a rush, go elsewhere.

Bought a King quilter elite. received it. I had irrgular stritches and I talked to a rep and did not receive the help I needed. I sent the machine back for service, it came back to me unresolved. I keep trying to call and they do not return my calls. I would not even give them a 1 rating!
