Shake Shack Avis

Got food poisoning on Saturday after visiting the Cardiff store my body still even now feels absolutely horrendous. Completely knocked me out for almost 2 full days.

Horrid food.
Burger not tasty and bacon acrid and burnt pickles too acidic
Chicken bites for 6.95 a greasy joke. Awful. 16.95 was daylight robbery.... feel quite annoyed

Had a shake shack in New York recently and was well chuffed when I clocked one at lakeside, well £47 for 2 burgers and chips and milkshakes and it was absolutely awful mushy burgers cold chips with scalding hot cheese sauce on? Only positive the milkshake was nice, but the whole thing was completely different from the New York burgers, absolute awful, honestly your better off with a McDonalds for half the money!

The burgers where tiny for 10 pounds my chicken bites where cold and they were literally the size of my pinky finger I wouldn’t come here if u could help it 0/10 stars

Revolting food that will make you sick, go ahead, give it a chance and let your body pay for it, used to be good years and years ago but honestly, it's not only bad but will make you sick, never again!

nice burger but the burger that cost 10 bugs cant be the same size as the burger that costs 19 bugs. Really bad experience, after eating that 18 dollar burger had to go to Mc Donalds to eat something

The burger was greasy and small for the price.

Was given the wrong order so I let shakeshack know, they responded once to offer me a refund then never responded again. Terrible

Very light customer level, and been 20 minutes and counting for a lemonade and shake. People who ordered after have already been served.

I ordered food at 19:50 delivery between 20:25-20:45 then changed to 20:40-21:00, then cancelled order at 20:30.
Extremely disappointed as feeling Hangry now, I recommend you order elsewhere if you want to eat

I’ve eaten at most major burger outlets and also some fine dining restaurants which offer similar fare but the meal my family enjoyed was delicious. I could not fault it and would definitely go again.

Shake Shack - Leicester Square, London
My friend had a good experience in the US and so we happily went into the venue - however this experience was certainly not a good one.
ULTRA PROCESSED FOOD is what we're talking about. I had the crinkle chips with cheese sauce - a cheese sauce that was a glutinous mess, slimy and unpleasant to try to eat. A cheese sauce that clearly used flavouring to give a cheese flavour, I certainly got no impression that there was real cheese used.
ShackMeister Fries - too salty, cheese sauce inedible - price of £6.55 extortionate!
NEVER AGAIN
But Amanda, our assistant, was very pleasant.
I will not return or recommend.

This one is located right next to McDonalds and would expect a meal that is better. Two burgers smaller than McD and two shakes from a mix for $40. Better burgers and shakes could be had next door for half the price. Really expected a shake made from ice cream and a fresh burger.

Best Burger and Fries! The Branches could be a bit more comfy, though. Bring Shake Shack to EU!!

We have visited Shake Shack for the first time, we were amazed by employees, who smilingly welcomed us, asking if we like everything. The combination of taste, pleasant price and high quality is all about Shake Shack. Looking forward to our next coming back here! I would especially note the location in Mercato and City Centre Deira. People working here are so nice and warm, making sure that we enjoy our food. Best of the best!

Really nice fast foods, delicious and with choice for everyone. Can definitely recommend, only downside being the cheddar on the fries which could be improved. Will come back for sure!

Delicious burger. I discovered them on a trip to Bangkok inside the new mall called "EmSphere". I got a double ShackBurger which was absolutely delicious. Service was efficient; order at the counter and they buzz you once your burger is ready. Sadly they don't have any branch in Taipei.

Gave wrong meal and haven't refunded me. Bad customer service. Can't recommend. Very unimpressed. They don't value your patronage.

Made to feel very welcomed at Shake Shack, Canary Wharf by Zuber.
