Achtung, Finger weg, nicht empfehlenswert
Ich habe bei shapshe bestellt ( BestellNr SPS36928) und bin maßlos enttäuscht. Es wird mit einem 30-tägigen Rückgaberecht geworben, aber nirgends offen kommuniziert, dass man die Ware auf eigene Kosten nach China zurückschicken muss. Das erfährt man erst, wenn man die Rückgabe einleiten will.
Man muss den Kundenservice anschreiben, um überhaupt eine Rücksendeadresse zu bekommen. Ich habe Shadebar ZWEIMAL angeschrieben – bis heute keine Adresse, keine Antwort, keinerlei Reaktion.
Die brauchen hier auch nicht so zu tun, als würden sie sich kümmern – das tun sie ganz offensichtlich nicht.
Durch den Versand mit DHL/DL wird bewusst der Eindruck erweckt, dass auch ein Rückversand innerhalb Deutschlands möglich ist. Das ist irreführend. Der Rückversand nach China ist teuer und für Kund:innen faktisch nicht zumutbar.
Fazit:
❌ Intransparente Rückgabebedingungen
❌ Kein erreichbarer Kundenservice
❌ Rückgabe praktisch unmöglich
Klare Warnung an alle: Nicht kaufen!
Und falls doch: Vorher unbedingt klären, wohin im Zweifel zurückgeschickt werden muss.
Für mich definitiv das erste und letzte Mal bei Shapshe

They will not let you get a refund or return. They will tell you it is to expensive then make you keep the items. The items are poor quality and have a horrible smell. They will also lie on this site and say they do not recognize you as a customer and do not see an order number though They have responded to me numerous times. Stay away!

Nach vielem hin und her und immer neuen Ausreden warum die Ware nicht lieferbar ist werdet ihr immer nur weiter vertröstet. Nach Widerruf und Stornierung erhaltet ihr dann einen Artikel der nichts mit der Beschreibung oder den Fotos auf der Website zu tun hat. Auch PayPal lässt Euch hängen- dank" KÄUFERSCHUTZ" . Man kann keine Ware kostenlos zurückgeben, weil die Retoure mehr Geld kosten würde als der Artikel, den ihr nie bestellt habt. Ihr erhaltet weder eine vollständige Lieferung noch euer Geld zurück. Haltet die Augen offen bei Bestellung und seid vor einer Seite wie SHAPESHE gewarnt. Bestellt dort bloß nicht oder ihr bleibt auf euren Kosten sitzen. BETRUG!!!

Im Onlineshop wird groß damit geworben, dass Rücksendungen innerhalb von 30 Tagen kostenlos und problemlos möglich sind. Genau deshalb habe ich bestellt.
Nach extrem langer Lieferzeit konnte ich den Artikel endlich anprobieren – und natürlich passt er nicht. Ich habe den Kundenservice sofort kontaktiert und eine Rücksendung mit Geldrückerstattung verlangt.
Anfangs war man noch freundlich und wollte mir einen Umtausch aufdrängen. Als ich klar gesagt habe, dass ich kein Umtausch, sondern mein Geld zurück will, wurde plötzlich alles anders: Die Rücksendekosten seien zu teuer, diese würden nicht übernommen und ich solle selbst dafür zahlen.
Trotz Hinweis auf die eigene Shop-Beschreibung blieb man stur. Ergebnis: Irreführende Werbung, schlechter Kundenservice und Geld verloren.
So lockt man Kunden an und lässt sie danach im Stich. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

I was dissatisfied with the entire order and experience. From the month it took to receive the order to the purchase. There were so many issues, but I’ll just focus on the High Waist Compression Leggings With Pockets. Horrible!!! There was an odor in the pants that I could not get out of the pants even after two washes. Return policy indicates that I could not return them after washing. The foil like interior of material was unexpected, most items were not true to size and misfit.

Ich kann den Einkauf bei Shapshe nur weiterempfehlen.
Die Qualität der Produkte ist wirklich hervorragend – der Stoff ist sehr weich, angenehm auf der Haut und fühlt sich hochwertig an. Der Versand erfolgt zuverlässig in viele europäische Länder, was ich persönlich sehr schätze.
Besonders positiv finde ich auch den Kundenservice: Bei Fragen oder Problemen bekommt man sehr schnell eine Antwort, was heutzutage leider nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Absolutely poor. Never buy here. Clothes are in a bad quality and smell chemical and like urine. When you want to send your things back you have to pay for it - and the things have to go back to china (answer from the customer service). Otherwise you get back 10% what is nearly nothing for this quality.

I placed an order on December 3rd. Today is the 17th, and the only thing they have done is taken two payments from my bank account. How is it that they are so efficient with going in and taking money, but can't provide a tracking number? They have no business going in for a second installment if they haven't provided the product to customers. They ignore all emails, although they send generic emails inviting you to reach out with questions. I want this order canceled! I am going to contact my bank, as well as Shop Pay for my funds to be returned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
