Our experience at this place couldn't have been better! Kulraj S.was the most kind, helpful and knows everything there is to know about jewelry. He also did his best so we could get the ring (which needed downsizement) in 2 hours! The whole experience in Shining Diamonds was priceless because of him and the lovely lady also working there. Couldn't recommend Shining Diamonds enough!

What an amazing experience buying my partners engagement ring. We were so well taken care off by Tara. She not only took time to go through a collection of cuts, carats, colours and clarity. But she made a very overwhelming process nice and simple, and very relaxed.

Because of the excellent service recieved on my visit, Shining Diamond was an easy choice to make. Charlie who served me last time. I had a fantastic experience choosing an engagement with Shining Diamonds. Tara was very helpful throughout the whole process, which involved multiple iterations of the design, and for each one Shining Diamonds produced a 3D render to help visualise the changes and ensure the ring turned out how I wanted it. When it came time to choose a diamond, Tara helped to look for diamonds best suited for the design. Overall a very smooth and enjoyable process.

My experience with Shining Diamonds, particularly with Eleanor, who helped me through the entire process of designing and buying an engagement ring, was phenomenal. Eleanor was extremely professional while remaining highly approachable and engaged in what is clearly a big decision for anyone. Charlie made our experience calm and not rushed , he listened well and showed us options for what we wanted and explained well the quality of the gems etc . A knowledgable fellow with a lovely manner .

Eleanor was super friendly and professional in guiding us through our purchase of wedding bands as a couple. She helped answer of our many questions when it comes to rings, especially as it was the first time on the Groom's side, and was very patient in the different steps, and shapes and sizes that rings can come in.
