The service was so good from Charlie when I chose my engagement ring that we went back for my wedding ring. Charlie took ages and was very patient when I tried so many rings on, advising on styles that would complement my engagement ring. Helpful, knowledgeable , friendly, fantastic cutomer service during both visits and communication in between times too.

Big thank you to Shining Diamonds and a huge thank you to Charlie in Brighton for helping me with buying an engagement ring. Gave me plenty of advice, was patient and has been super helpful throughout. Has also helped tremendously with the resizing! Highly recommend!

Clarice at Shining Diamonds was absolutely fantastic. I visited close to closing time, but she never made me feel rushed and was incredibly patient throughout. She showed me lots of beautiful eternity ring options, helped me narrow them down, and gave honest, knowledgeable advice about what would work best with my engagement and wedding rings. Even though I changed my mind what felt like a hundred times, she was always kind, friendly and happy to help. Thanks to her, I found the perfect eternity ring. I couldn’t recommend Clarice and Shining Diamonds more highly!
