Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. I went into a few places on Hatton Garden and this one stood out for service.

Charlie made our experience calm and not rushed , he listened well and showed us options for what we wanted and explained well the quality of the gems etc . A knowledgable fellow with a lovely manner .

Eleanor was super friendly and professional in guiding us through our purchase of wedding bands as a couple. She helped answer of our many questions when it comes to rings, especially as it was the first time on the Groom's side, and was very patient in the different steps, and shapes and sizes that rings can come in.

We visited a few different shops, but Eleanor and Shining Diamonds could not be beaten in terms of excellent service and competitive pricing. Thanks for making our journey of buying these forever rings extra special!

I'm very pleased with the quality of the piece of jewellery I purchased, which was ready to collect a week earlier than expected, and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fabulous service. Urvi was super helpful and would send photos and measurements via WhatsApp. The pendant was beautiful and good value.

Unreal experience from start to finish, first time buying an engagement ring, Juliane in particular helped with all my questions even if I did ask the same thing a few times just to be sure! Would highly recommend, the ring its self was unreal exactly what I wanted and asked for! 10/10 all round

I first visited Shining Diamonds in Brighton in early June to look at engagement ring options. I already had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, but Joby took the time to talk me through my options and answer all of my questions.

The whole experience was incredibly easy and completely pressure free.

I decided on the components for a custom ring during that first appointment, and I was able to collect the finished ring less than five weeks later.

The service was so good from Charlie when I chose my engagement ring that we went back for my wedding ring. Charlie took ages and was very patient when I tried so many rings on, advising on styles that would complement my engagement ring. Helpful, knowledgeable , friendly, fantastic cutomer service during both visits and communication in between times too.
