Outstanding service from start to end provided by Hannah B! I received a wrong order and contacted the Customer Service. I received an answer and my problem was solved within hours. Hannah organised for the wrong item to be picked up and issued my correct order with them being swapped at my front door at chosen by me day.

Incomplete order, on 28 September 23 order no: 162761: FORD COWL OUTER VENT GRILLE CLIP X5 Qty 4 
I was only sent 4 Clips total instead of 20 Clips total (5x4).
Even on the packet, it stated 5x for the clips. The seller decided to take 1 out of that packet and sent 4 total instead of 20 total.
I asked the seller to send me the rest of my order as soon as possible as it is clearly described as x5 Clips on the listing and not each. I have ordered a quantity of 20 in total and I’m very disappointed as I shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced by this issue. 
The seller doesn’t want to honour the listing and I would like to report their listing as fraudulent and misleading.

My worst online buying experience ever. No customer support, no confirmation of my order, no options to communicate with a person who can assist with the problem and absolutely no interest in the customer whatsoever. This Company takes your money and do not deliver the goods. Still waiting for part of my order outstanding, spent over 3 hours trying to contact someone by email / phone who can resolve my problem, even head office unable to assist.

Website identified the wrong part for my vehicle based on registration mark.
After reporting this issue with PayPal I was ignored by the Ford motor company.

After having a courier company loss my parcel from Ford I contacted the Ford team and within one hour a replacement order was dispatched to me.
The fastest I have ever seen any company deal with a problem. EXCELLENT.

Ordered some mat's from Ford that were delivered within 2 days. However, one of the mats I ordered was missing. Contacted the Support Team (the excellent Hannah B) and within an hour they responded, apologised, and re-ordered the missing mat. Can't get better service than that

This is a Ford Dealer with a difference. They go out of their way to make Ford user's have the best experience with the brand. So like me if you are confused or wondering where to get the original parts at right value you in the right place. Or want to know parts for your vehicle, you in the right place

Ordered a Boot liner which cost £103 in the sale! Waits a few days,
Arrived, looks at the parcel before opening it and could see it was the wrong item as mine had high sides, this was much smaller…. Anyhow, try to contact the shop and that’s when it became interesting 😅 the communication is just soo shoddy for such a big brand such as FORD. Abysmal and that’s me being generous. I finally managed to get someone to contact me over 10 days time… DHL have collected and delivered my parcel on the 16/06/2023 and still not received a full refund! Or any refund to be honest. This is an absolute joke of a company and once my refund has been issued I will never order from this site again!

Wrong part received but to be fair I could have researched a little more on website as there was two different types of light. Emailed shopford, returns postage label quickly sent, and refunded a day or two after item was delivered back. I would use them again.

Needed suspension parts for our Mondeo. Ordered them on Sunday 26th March '23 expecting them to be delivered by the following Tuesday/Wednesday as they were in stock ( It does say 2 day delivery on the website) Communication with the company is really poor. You can't speak to anyone in real time. Soo frustrating when the parts are needed urgently. This is made worse when the courier service they use make a hash of the delivery! We ended up collecting the parcel 8 days later.

No dialogue to find out when it's being delivered

You can’t possibly expect a good score when I have to chase you about no response to the order.
If you know something is out of stock you should have done the honest thing right away and not wait for me to chase you for you to simply cancel the order. A complete waste of time ordering from you.
