Complete rip off. Brought a certain tomato seed and a completely different grew. Emails ignored and now repirted to trading standards as I have the video of them being planted. Choose a real seed seller.

Disgraceful! I bought chillie and tomato seed last Feb.One of the tomato varieties must have come with a seed-borne virus, as plants soon started showing signs of infection, to the point of no return.All others were OK.
BUT, this wasn't the problem. I was curious to hear Simply Seeds' comments, but was distraught to find you can't phone them, only one of these stupid contact pages. Three attempts to send a message, and half an hour later, ( I'm not a good typist!), I still haven't made contact, because, probably, I wasn't able to provide the original order number. The "page" just kept ditching my lengthy messages whenever I tried to send them!I view this as a tactic to put people off from complaining.Whet the hell is wrong with a good old phone call?

Purchased Buffalosun tomatoes seeds only 1 good seed , the rest came up all deformed like they were diseased.

I've been buying seeds off this companie for a while now and have had no problem with them excellent value and very good germination at all times.
I like it when you buy the pellet seed they are in a plastic tube so they don't get crushed in the post.

Since the demise of Wilko for my seeds decided to use Simply Seeds. The order arrived promptly, well packaged and kept informed throughout the delivery process. Germination rate of seeds planted so far have been excellent. Highly recommend and will be using them again for my next order.

Triedto contact them about an order that hadn't arrived. Uselessform on the website. Found a phone number buried in the terms and conditions, no answer, straight to answer machine. Left a message and got curt email saying it had been posted and delivered. Unlike any other company we had not been informed of posting, hence were not expecting something in our safeplace,
Update: whilst their communication could be better they have agreed to send the seed order which is very generous of them, given that it was 6 and 2 threes. Thank you simply seeds

Been with Simply Seeds since the days when their seeds arrived in plastic bags. Last two years seeds substituted without reason and no response to enquiry. Good range of seeds, germination rate and price.

After my last review and a complaint email sent to them I was sent a complimentary pack of the seed potatoes I originally wanted. I’m really pleased with their response to my contact and can’t thank them enough. Potatoes now planted and awaiting results!!

i ordered club resistant sprout seeds on the packet it said 20 seed approx. which i thought there would be at least 20 , there was 14

I ordered a packet of Tomato seeds back in mid April & as yet i have not received my order i have emailed them & they have not bothered to reply & explain why my order has not been sent i also tried to call customer services but all i get is this number is not available so it looks as though they have kept my money. I would have preferred to give no stars. Buyers beware.

Plenty of seeds at a very reasonable price, well packaged and fast delivery. If they germinate well I will be back for more

Used them several times and always worked before but this is the first time something has gone wrong ( only 4 seeds when should have been 18) impossible to contact them really a great shame as easily rectified but now won’t use them again

Ordered seeds 30/01/23. Didn’t receive them. Royal Mail tracking didn’t work. Left several messages but no one has replied

Excellent Service.....bought seeds now for a couple of years always super quick delivery, super package and most important the quality of seeds purchased.

I placed an order with this company at the beginning of this year, I know we have had a bank holiday because of Christmas but it is now 11th January and still saying pending. I have emailed the company three times, and still no reply, I have told them cancel the order and return my money and I will get elsewhere, but still nothing, avoid this company....

My order turned up short of packets of paid for seed. My attempts to contact them have failed as they do not respond. Avoid at all costs.

Placed an order 2 1/2 weeks ago. Hasn’t turned up and customer service don’t have a telephone number nor respond to emails. What sort of company doesn’t have a contact number ?…. Terrible. Avoid at all costs

The most dishonest online business I've been unfortunate enough to use. I should have read the reviews on this site before ordering. I'm still waiting for my order of a few weeks ago for packs of seed and fertiliser, all supposedly in stock when I ordered.

My account still says 'order pending'. No phone number given on their webiste. No response to my two emails requesting a delivery date. So I've given up and started a credit card chargeback claim.

This business should not be allowed to take card payments. I hope the payment facility will be confiscated by Sage Pay in due course, as I can see from these reviews that a number of other customrs have experienced much the same appalling lack of service.

A good enough company if your order goes smoothly. If something goes wrong however (overcharged, items missing) then abandon all hope of ever getting help. This company doesn't respond to voicemail nor email, terrible customer care. We will not be using them again.

Just received my order from Simply Seeds. I have used them before. Inexpensive in comparison.Very quick delivery. Free seeds to boot. What's not to like?
