Simplyseed Avis 

Not saying the seeds are bad, the delivery was actually fairly fast, but they have charged me twice for 1 order! I tried to contact Simplyseed and I never be able to get hold of them to reply or refund one of the duplicated order! I now have to contact my bank and try to reverse the transection, what a completely waste of my time!!

I have only recently found Simplyseed.co.uk and am so impressed with everything, from packaging to postage. Environmentally packed, seeds come with planting instructions. Service is prompt-It is everything one wishes for, and so seldom finds

I made an order. DPD delivered after not attempting delivery first day, and lying. Impossible to contact this company to complain about rotten seed potatoes. Would never use again. Avoid would be my advice.
£6 call charge if you need to contact!

I ordered two sets of seed potatoes. The funds left my account and I have not received them. Have contacted them many times and have no reply to any of my 3 emails.Will not be ordering again from these guys

Ordered Seed Potatoes on 27/12/2021 stated clearly on 3 emails to them please do not deliver until 3rd week in March.. Looks like emails are not read.. Being delivered tomorrow.. Tried phoning them but unable to contact by phone just get a message send a fax or call back later.

Claim to have dispatched 1st class on the 6th, no sign of the seeds and a tracking number that is useless since it doesn't update until delivery is attempted. Then, no support possible because the online contact form doesn't work. I won't buy again. Where is my order?

Excellent selection of novel and basic seeds. Last years delivery germinated well and gave strong productive plants.

The packaging probably undersells what is a really generous collection of seeds. It was a gift for a fellow allotmenteer- they were extremely pleased with it

If anything goes wrong with an order, customer service appears to be non-existent. They do not respond to emails, messages or phone calls. I am missing an item from my order, but I have given up chasing them. Avoid.

Easy to use site, many varieties available and for those that aren’t, the company will email you when they come back in stock. Very reasonably priced, cheap postage, and the company will not bombard you with unwanted emails (unlike some other seed suppliers I could mention…)
