Complete seed order delivered on time. Previous year's seeds supplied by this Company have always germinated very well. Only slight disappointment was with climbing borlotto beans which turned out to be of the dwarf variety [despite what the label said]. The actual beans were still as good though!

Packaging generally good, all paper/cardboard, but regrettably let down by the SB Invigorator wrapped in a regular plastic bag [ie non-biodegradable].

Don’t deal with this company if you want to avoid hassle and stress. SIMPLY SEEDS is the worst company I have ever dealt with in twenty years of using the net.

I placed an order on 16th September with a quoted delivery date of 3 to 4 days. When the bulbs had not arrived some weeks later I emailed but received no response. So I sent another email and again no reply. I then looked for a phone number but they have cleverly managed to hide this from the public/their customers. By now I was extremely concerned as the value of my order was some £140 so I started checking out this company and found I was not alone, I was just one of many and these were customers who had placed orders about the same time as myself as well as old customers. I was shocked at how bad and how many reviews there were. I then placed a bad review myself and whether this lead to me eventually receiving my order just one week ago I don’t know but I’m glad to say I have received it at last.

I don’t like to leave a bad review but this company is so awful and arrogant in the way they ignore their worried customers that it would be wrong not to warn others of my awful experience. To receive the bulbs ordered back in September at the beginning of November when the delivery date was 3 to 4 days is appalling customer service.

I would recommend avoiding SIMPLY SEEDS as you would avoid someone with Covid. They simply do not care what you think so long as they have got your money!

Asked for notification when the Winter Onions were in stock got the email as soon as they were ordered them and they are now about 6 inches high.
