Simplyseed Avis 

I ordered a large amount of bulbs in September & have still not received them. I have tried to contact the company via the online enquiries form they ask you to complete but still no response despite having done this three times now. There is no means of phoning anyone to chase this up. Very disappointed as they were happy to take my payment.

Update to my last review.
Full order has now arrived about 10 days late, without warning. Quality appears to be excellent.
Still no communication from Simply Seed and my account has not been updated.

Appalling service. I am missing items from my order of 23rd September and have sent 6 emails and posted a letter, all of which have been ignored. There is no contact phone number for this company, which is very wrong.

Ordered 6 elephant garlic cloves, 2 were mouldy. Sent a couple of emails asking for a replacement and tried calling and no response received

My seeds and other products arrived well packed and promptly, and the quality is excellent. Also, the prices for items in the sale is really attractive and I bought some extra seeds in the special offers.

Used last year, great , no problems. This year, appalling!
ordered 16th Sep, value just under £70. My account states "order completed 20th Sep. Full 1 month later, nothing has arrived. Tried calling, cannot leave a message. Emailed three times and no response, will now have to contact credit card company to return my money. Shameful way to treat customers, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, taken my money, not sent anything in return, not responding to emails and cannot call them, this is theft!!
Update: Still nothing, now phone number is not connecting, so now in hands of credit card company to try and get my money back.

Received my garlic after chasing Simply up. Then when garlic arrived I found orange spots of cloves and a rotting clove. So emailed them asking for advice,not one not twice but three times over 7 days = response has been a deathly silence & I still don't know if I should plant the cloves. Poor after sales to say the least.

Ordered garlic for planting this month. This included 3 different named varieties and a mixed bag. All very good quality and the mixed bag was very generous.
Arrived in good time and was well packaged.
I would definitely recommend Simplyseeds.
