This company is very good and their customer service is exceptional. I have made mistakes in the past ordering the wrong colour etc from other sites and not only do these other companies take ages to reply to my emails they won’t except returns. Simply Wigs excepts returns and they reply swiftly and are friendly and courteous. Their website is great and I love the fact they showcase the wigs and toppers on and 360 photo and photos of customers wearing the products. 100% recommended.

Just purchased my first hair enhancement piece from Simply Wigs, an absolutely stunning piece by Jon Renau in Shaded Praline I'm absolutely thrilled with it! Simply Wigs I have found to be a very caring company dedicated to helping customers overcome their issues with hair loss....even when my package arrived it was beautifully wrapped with a heartwarming message and a surprise little chocolate treat for me!
The website is wonderfully put together and also very informative.....I'm already eyeing up my next piece!

4 wigs from simply wigs now, 3 I kept and they were high quality at a good price. The 4th I returned easily without hassle and received my refund quickly.

If your in a rush to receive your wig though you need to call and check it's in stock first. If it's in stock you can receive in 2-4days. If it's not in stock I've waited 2- 3 weeks before. I like the fact that I can take off the VAT here which I'm entitled to and it's nice to be able to receive this when you buy for medical reasons.

I had my wig (Erika in Strawberry Swirl) delivered to day - and have to say 'Im in love' - I have had previous wigs same type and colour from other reputatble shops but the wigs were never quite right (needed fringe cut and did not quite have the same bounce).
This one delivered to day - is spot on.
Simply wigs is effecient and user friendly!!!
I said to the person who worked there today - who I rang to thank for the delivery and service 'I wish I had ordered 2 but that would be a bit extravagant'.... I will DEFINATELY use this company again!!!

I just LOVE this company :) I have been shopping with them for a number of years and they have never let me down. The customer service is just out of this world and it seems nothing is ever to much.

Exceptional quality and I loved the personal service. As I am living in Belgium and I was worried about delivery, the customer service team helped me with with postage to ensure I had my wig in time for an important family wedding! I love the wig that I have been sent and I have been complimented so many times on how natural it looks. This allows me to go out without announcing to the world that I have cancer.

I can not recommend Simply Wigs.
They act not as I expect for english companies. I have only good experience with other companies in England, but not with Simply Wigs. They Do not answer complaints. They do not pay money bag when we return goods. Therefore do not trust Simply Wigs.

I have just received my first wig from Simply Wigs. Ordering was easy it was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Opening the package was great fun as the hairpiece was wrapped beautifully in tissue paper with an inspirational message and a chocolate! Who said Christmas only comes once a year!

I bought some transfer on eyebrows from here due to losing mine from alopecia. Most looked very realistic. The communication from simply wigs is very good and dispatch was quick. They arrived in a lovely decorated pocket file inside the envelope with a nice note. Eyebrows look very natural and I love them. The website states they last three days but they didn't last one night with me 😂. Not sure what went wrong but they were completely gone in the morning when I woke up and I'm not a stomach sleeper so I do not have a clue where they went 😂. It was worth a try.

WOW just opened the beautifully wrapped box with VOLTAGE inside colour glazed Mocha RLS+. How fabulous is this?? Put it straight on my head and just using my fingers created the best style and wig I have ever bought in my 15 years as a wig wearer. I am delighted with it and will be buying a few more of these. The postage was quick and the service from Simply Wigs was second to none. What a great company to buy from, they even emailed to say it was on it's way. Where else have I had service like that in my wig buying.... nowhere!!! 10 out of 10 for them. Definitely a company to use over and over again. I now feel like a million dollars. I never write reviews but I'm so pleased with my delivery from SimplyWigs. Everything feels amazingly high quality and the little personal touches in the order make such a difference. It's the little things :)

I have ordered from this company several times. Fantastic service. Great communications, great quality genuine products. When I needed to return one of the wigs because it didn't suit me, I got a no quibble refund. Having got my fingers burnt by a company with a great website but poor products and customer service, I'll be sticking to simply wigs in the future.

Received my poppy petite wig in dark blonde. Was told 3 weeks delivery but received it within a week. I really happy with this wig it feels secure and looks lovely. Customer service from this company is fabulous as I had a previous wig that was to big and the return was easy and my money was refunded in a few days. Would definitely reccomend this company. Very poor customer service, only interested in money. Waited a week and contacted them back to find out where my order was. They had not processed through even after confirming in an email, even though the order was nearly £500 and they knew I needed it they wouldn't ship special delivery wanted another £9 on top of £3.99 delivery charge there was no apology! Very disappointed!! Just been on to Wig's Boutique it was cheaper and will arrive tomorrow! Thanks for wasting my time Simply Wigs - Simply Rude!!

My wife suffers with alopecia and has done since ten years old. Since the lock down all of her hair has pretty much gone leaving her feeling incredibly down and frustrated. She’s had wigs before but has found them normally frustrating with weight look and cost. Recently she has used a interlace system which attaches to her remaining hair but as this has fallen out she now needed a wig.
After spending hours looking on the net, and making various calls and seeking advise I can 100% say simplywigs was by far the best. It’s website is excellent and the customer service team are fantastic. Three wigs arrived with the other accessory’s and everything is amazing and exactly as described what a great company.
