Great experience, help was given by email with my requirements and I received my wig today.

Wish the postage was faster, on a high price product I think all wigs should have a flat rate and fast delivery.

Wig is genuine and that's a huge plus after I was scammed recently and have a headache trying to get my money back. The brand I purchased from even praised Simply Wigs so that says a lot.

No customer likes to pay for returns, which I've done once, but after getting advice this time round (I emailed a photo and talked to Jodie on the phone), I'm happy to say my new wig suits me and is superb. And that it IS brand new is one important reason why I also understand the costs involved in returning. These are quality and delicate products.

My confidence has grown and I'm sure I will choose well again due to having received support.

I also loved the mini boxed chocolate andthe wig was wrapped beautifully and packaged discreetly.

Would I buy again? Oh, well I've already got my eye on a few!!!!

Good but not outstanding. The shop is a serious seller but I haven't been struck by the customer service; I have send them a couple of inquiries and the answers were rather approximate and have not solved my doubts. I thought better of them.

Once again another visit to Simply wigs, it now feels like my second home absolutely love going up there. Everyone is amazing, Jodie Sue and the rest of the team, nothing is too much trouble and they are happy if you are happy, customer service is fantastic.

They had a lot of supply problems last year which led me to be stuck with the same hair piece for a really long time. This was embarrassing to say the least. When I finally got the opportunity to get a new one I bought two for when the first one wore out so I would never have to suffer that again. Sadly the second wig started to become un-stitched after just a month and my return request was refused as I'd had it for over 7 months from the original purchase. I understand this but I felt that some kind of good will gesture would have been deserved as I will be left out of pocket because I bought two wigs as a result of their unreliability in supply. What do I do, risk wearing a scratty old wig or risk losing money. In my case, thanks to Simply wigs I've done both!

Great customer service staff who are really knowledgeable and well informed. Fast delivery and no issues with returning items.

Ordering process very easy. Delivery exceptionally fast. Wig was stunning, ordered Reece - Noriko in Auburn Spice R. Came beautifully packaged.
Have received many compliments on the colour and style. I was impressed with the service I received as this was my first wig and I did not know what to expect. I have ordered my 2nd wig and am awaiting its delivery. I was initially very nervous about ordering, however, I now wonder why I waited so long. I highly recommend Simplywigs.

I ordered eyebrows only to received printed paper sheet with instruction to rub them off!!! I complained and asked for refund, but they refund. Utterly gutter. BE AWARE!!

I have just ordered from this company and I must say that I am impressed! I have alopecia and I was able to claim my vat back on this purchase when I placed my order. This makes my life a lot easier with no forms to send in. It was so easy to do. Well done Simply Wigs.

SIMPLY WIGS SERVICE IS EXCELLENT WITH VERY FAST DESPATCH AND NO WAITING SEVERAL DAYS FOR AN ITEM TO BE SENT. I ALSO LOVED THE PERSONAL TOUCH OF ENCLOSING A CHOCOLATE IN THE BOX - A VERY NICE SURPRISE!

I WOULD NOT HESITATE IN BUYING FROM SIMPLY WIGS AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

Poor quality products sold and a refusal to call to discuss as I had placed my order over the net. The Revlon hair band (£10) broke after two uses and the replacement has done the same! The hair piece scrunchie is flimsy and cheap for the price paid, not at all like the pics used to advertise it. I would never buy from this company again. Their service is poor and their products worse. Stick to cheap imports on eBay, the quality will be much better.
