Worked 3 times in my annual subscription and then went bankrupt. Worst business I have ever seen

These guys are theifs, took my money for 1 year shut my account down 3 times and now had not worked for 2 months . Beware they take forever to respond if they even do. Closed down my sons account he was using too much lol no reason given and still no refund

This is a scam, they've stolen my money and I've never been able to book a single ticket. They have also never responded to my support requests.

Will Sinemia be refunding for the annual fee that has been already paid

I have an account with Sinemia since last 4 month.. it only worked first time after that i had tried booking tickets 6 - 7 time, it never worked.. they have not even refunded my extended membership amount which they promise 2 months back...

everytime we try to book ticket we get charged 1.8$ and then we get error screen... No timely response from support which is more irritating...

Still no revert after 3 weeks ....I got a membership two months back .... but it shows an error every time I try to book a ticket, have not been able to book a single ticket through it, my wife also has a membership it is the same with her, this is SHAM guys if you don't want to waste money and time please don't buy the membership of Sinemia.

Sinemia closes it's services in the U.S. If you haven't visited the site in recently, Sinemia is no longer doing business, and they are having class action lawsuit filled against them. If you need your money back due to them not fulfilling their Terms and Service, you can dispute the charge with your bank. Due to what happened, you should not have any issues disputing charges.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Avoid if you value your time and money. Whatever bad things you have read about this company are probably true. TERRIBLE!

Page not found in Canada?

I have been waiting for a reply for about a month now. Can you please let me know what is happening with the site. From what I understand it is still working in Canada but not in the U.S

I try to use the app but now it shows that the page is not found.

Works one time then stops. They fixed one time but it is broken again. Useless subscription if I can't even use it!!!! Buy Beware!!!

Advance ticket purchase is stopped working, no response from support, service SUCKS !!!
I have purchased 1 year subscription and now when iam trying to book the ticket, after pressing Confirm it is showing Error message.
None of the customer support staff returned on the issue.
Waste of money and waste of time with Sinemia

Had this same problem for the second time. I cannot make a purchase with my physical sinemia card. The app will give me an error when ever I try to confirm the purchase. Very dissapointed.....

I’ve been using the service for a long time and have been satisfied now I am unable to use advance ticket or the physical card I just purchased. I don’t want to have to end service

the app stopped working a month ago and I wrote them and I've never received an answer. they are a scam. I also saw that in the US they are already out of business, so probably they are trying to get money from Canadians. Do not buy this. it is a scam.

The worst, immoral, and greedy people I have ever encountered in business. Not surprising but they took unethical to a new level. They should be forced to reimburse every dime they received from memberships. The CEO/owner should be jailed.

scam. serviced stopped after a few months but i paid for the whole year

Scam. They took $299 for membership and v another $75 for the card. Never got to use. They closed right after getting card. They should not have been accepting new members if they were in trouble. Bank won't refund since it's after 60 days which it took before i even got the card. BEWARE do not buy.

Is Sinemia done? Unable to buy tickets, are folks who paid for a yearly subscription getting a refund?

SiNEMiA if you are reading this my user ID is saminaesha1 - please read previous reviews. Update 9: May 11, Issue is still not fixed In 6 weeks. When I am trying to purchase tickets, it is asking for a payment of $3.60 for online booking fee. I paid the fee again, it said payment is complete and then it gives “Error - Page not found!” It doesn’t allow to move forward. I shouldn’t be charged transaction fee because I subscribe to SiNEMiA cardless. Please check my account and advice. I haven’t been able to buy a ticket for over six weeks now. SiNEMiA please check.
