I dealt with Sam and she was great very professional and understanding and she had a good knowledge of the ship as I haven’t been on this one before. She made me feel confident. Not always easy when you’re a lone traveller.

Personal detail proved to Cunard…
Personal detail proved to Cunard incorrect and a lack of transparency over Balcony stateroom description. Apparently our stateroom on the Queen Anne is deck BF , this deck has balconies with metal instead of glass and restricted views due to lifeboats . This is not mentioned in the balcony stateroom description. Also why have we not been allocated a specific cabin despite booking 11 months in advance ?
