Created by Abi Selby, Spabreaks.com is a spa booking service working with more than 1300 spa destinations in the UK and overseas and arranging spa days and breaks for up to 6,000 people each week. From a small team of three, we have grown to a family of more than 90 members of staff with an office of knowledgeable spa consultants in Brighton. But those are just the numbers. Spabreaks.com's founding principle was to make the world of spa more accessible to anybody and everybody who wanted to go. Me and my Wife had originally booked an Overnight Stay at the Lodge on Loch Lomond Hotel in Luss for 02/05/26 which included an evening three course meal, breakfast and one hour access to their thermal spa.
Unfortunately, due to an error on Spa Breaks online booking calendar we were unable to go on this date due to the hotel having no availability. I was contacted by Kaya who brought this to our attention as quickly as she could. Kaya did her very best to honour our voucher, including looking at alternative spa breaks at hotels within our general area. Luckily however we had our heart set on going to Lodge on Loch Lomond and Kaya was able to honour our booking and move it from the Saturday to the Sunday instead.
It made for a superb May day weekend. The hotel and surrounding scenery was beautiful. The meals was top notch and we're already considering going back again! We'd have no hesitation in booking with Spa breaks again due to it's great value for money and prompt, friendly and efficient customer service!

Friendly staff and quick and easy to book over the phone.
I put 4 stars as I had to call back a couple of times as an email to pay wasn’t received and for a refund but that didn’t effect the good service.

We only had a treatment but was unable to enjoy the steam room, sauna and swimming pool.
My husband and I had the divine massage, it was effective and relaxing. We both appreciated it.
The lady who treated us was thorough, professional and friendly.

Service with Sophie Bonwick was good. I called in and inquired about some spa break packages and she was quick to send me some links suited toy requirements.

Great service. I have spoken to the representative a few times this week to get the right accommodation. They were very helpful and patience with me. I wanted to get to right because it was an overnight stay for special birthdays and was using gift vouchers. I was very happy with the customer services.

I had to cancel my Spa Break short notice due to family illness - Bianca was very understanding and went above and beyond to support me. Highly recommend - communication was brilliant - even on a Bank Holiday Monday. Thank you x

Poor experience I would not recommend, go direct to the spa - this service is pointless. Basically they allowed me to book a spa day when there was very limited availability for treatments and a 4.5 space between treatments - no availability to have lunch together. Very stressful and Spa breaks offer no assistance. I would nt recommend spa breaks.

I just called the Spa Breaks team and had the absolute pleasure of speaking with a Spa Specialist named Drew Leigh. From start to finish, Drew was incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind.
They made the whole process seamless and enjoyable, and helped book a treatment for my sister and me that we’re both really excited about. It’s rare to come across such warm and attentive service. thank you, Drew, for making our experience so special!

I recently booked a spa day through SpaBreaks and was extremely disappointed with the experience that followed. Just a couple of days after making the booking, I found that the exact same spa day was available significantly cheaper when booked directly with the hotel.
I contacted SpaBreaks to see if they would offer any kind of price match, partial refund, or goodwill compensation, but they refused to match the price.
It’s very disappointing to pay extra for using a third-party booking service, only to find a significantly cheaper direct price shortly afterwards, with absolutely no flexibility offered.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling let down, and I will not be booking through SpaBreaks again.
Save yourself the hassle and book direct.

I needed to amend a booking with Spabreaks due to illness and I was helped almost immediately upon ringing. Bianka, a really friendly staff member, was able to contact the Spa hotel to rearrange my booking. I really appreciated the help, it has made the alteration easy and reassured me greatly, especially when anticipating that this change would be difficult. Thank you for your help!
