Bait and switch.

Deceptive business practice that has left me with no part for my car that's needed for my MOT on Tuesday.

When making my purchase it very clearly showed DHL as the courier but then I get an email from an entirely different company (Energized) saying Evri was to deliver my parcel .

Knowing Evri haven't delivered any of the 15 parcels sent via them to my address in the last two and a half years I instantly contacted Spares Hut and explained the situation and asked them to resend with DHL the courier listed when I made my purchase given this was their error but they refused to do this and now as predicted three days on from placing my order no part has arrived so I will not be able to MOT my car.

Yes everyone makes mistakes but it how you deal with them and do what's right by the customer that defines you as a company and to date Spares Hut's customer service has been an abysmal let down.

Unreliable and tone deaf to any customer request.

I ordered a back light housing for my recovery truck it came with a broken lense and none of the bulbs would fit in to where they should go utter aftermarket rubbish I will never order another thing from these people

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
The items I orders said they for for my vehicle but they were the wrong ones. They then expected me to pay to return the items. So I sent them back and they returned them to me.

It's been 72 hours and still no info about my part being delivered.

This is a fake company! My wife paid for 2 wing mirrors and received nothing. Our credit card company is sorting out a refund.

The parts were paid for and despatched. A pair of ford transit wheel bearings with fittings for mot retesting. Very quick delivery to my location but only 1 bearing has come which leaves me vulnerable to pay for a new mot. I need these parts what I paid for not just half of them in the next few days.
Hopefully this is just a one off mistake and the parts turn up separate. Only time will tell.

Update.
I’m only £265 down now because I had to buy a bearing for £140 and have to pay for a retest But spares hut responded fairly quick after my a few emails and they’re review.
They have agreed to reimburse me £49.88 bringing my loss down to £215 for using their services. So hopefully the part doesn’t fail in the near future and it is a lesson well learned.
Read people’s bad reviews and not just the first ones that come up.
It really pains me to do this but I’m increasing the rating to 2 stars because they did respond in some type of way and did the right things and reimbursed me half of the price. But hopefully they will offer me an incentive to use them again and hopefully be one of the 5 stars customers because I really don’t enjoy giving the bad feedback. But I’m a straight shooter.

Wheel bearing was ordered though their online store rather than their eBay store making my purchase even cheaper, parts seem to be of good quality were delivered within the 48 hrs stated
Parts arrived in good condition but could have been packed better than it's small retail box and plastic parcel bag as packaging had damage from transit.
Will definitely consider future purchases

My partners car needed new suspension parts for her rav 4 and after searching everything including the dealers who gave us a ridiculous price,sparehut came to the rescue,the parts were delivered the next day,partners car fixed and like they say,a happy, a happy life..cheers gyys
