Spire Healthcare Avis 

Initially I was referred by my optician for cateract surgery via the NHS, 18 months later I had heard nothing. Frustrated with my prescription I opted for private cateract surgery through Spire. Within two months of my initial contact with Spire I have had surgery with both eyes being inplanted with new lenses. The procedure was brilliant, my eyesight is remarkable, I should of done this sooner! Life is too short, dont wait!!

Had my 10th steroid injection in my foot and as ever the wonderful Mr Sturdee was lovely and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. The assistant Lydia was very nice when she took me to X-ray and the lovely Nicola who helped with the X-ray was also lovely. Absolutely love coming to Spire as all the staff are always polite and friendly, 100% recommend

I was treated at Spire Chesney Court and Yale hospital, Wrexham.
From the initial contact, all staff without exception treated us with kindness and respect.
We cannot fault anyone for the care and professionalism shown to us throughout the procedure and we highly recommend Spire Healthcare .

I'm an NHS referral, went for a consultation on June 20th, ultrasound scan August 13th, Next appointment 24th October, cancelled due to Mr Kazmi. Now next appointment is 11th November. Nearly 5 months I am still no closer to having my OP as I'm still waiting for an mri scan after this appointment in november. I am In agony and they do not care whatsoever about NHS patients. I bet they're still charging silly money to the NHS.

Total professional experience from start to finish, absolute quality staff in every department. Making your stay all the more easy and tranquil.

The nurses and Doctors were very kind and helpful and looked after me. It was an experience I was not looking forward too but in the end whilst no operation is something you want to go through the experience was calming and relaxing.

Absolutely brilliant place, with well trained, helpful staff. Everything about my stay and theatre was perfect.

From walking in I felt looked after from Mr Makrides and his theatre team to Sister Laura and the nurses and Phisios. All so professional. 5 days on, walking on one crouch with little pain, if you need the top of your leg off, Mr Makrides is your man. 🙂

Can not thank all the staff at the Claremont hospital enough. They go above and beyond at every stage. The hospital is so clean and welcoming, staff are friendly yet very professional. The care and support recieved goes way above expectations. I have had a number of test and procedures and finally surgery at the Claremont and highly recommend it.

I recently had ACL and LCL combined surgery at Spire hospital Washington. My overall experience was excellent starting from initial consultation to coming back home. All the staff members are good and really take care of patient in difficult time.

I have used Spire for my breast implant removal and a lift. After having some issues with them earlier on in the year i decided to book a consultation. From the moment I booked in for my initial appointment to my post op care currently, i have found my experience to be an incredibly positive one! All staff that i have had some form of contact with have been so professional but also personable, which i find take the edge off if you’re slightly nervous. My consultant and his team, the ward staff that looked after me including the catering staff were all just brilliant. I would personally use Spire for any future medical needs, should I ever need to, and will also be more than happy to highly recommend to friends and family. For reference, I am a self funding patient, and in relation to this all information was clearly outlined every step of the way. No surprise bills etc.
