The quality of care from all the staff was exceptional, from the moment I arrived, throughout the procedure, and right through to my discharge. Everyone was professional, attentive and caring. This is exactly how hospital care should be.

Everything was well organised throughout my day undergoing surgery on my foot under local anaesthetic. My consultant was very professional, helpful and informative with a cheerful manner.
The hospital was modern with a calm atmisphere. The staff looked after me well.

I am essentially unhappy with my experience. I was expecting a video appointment but never got one. I did get a diagnosis but arrived at it myself. The management plan was not explained to me clearly. I feel I was treated at a distance and was not communicated with well. Hazards of just speaking on a phone

All the staff at Spire Healthcare Murrayfield were very professional , friendly and at all times made me feel like my treatment was very personalised. Their care made my stay at the hospital a much easier procces than expected.

As a Medical Tourist from Cyprus I was impressed by the excellent service I received from Spire ShawFair Hospital in Edinburgh for a hand and elbow operation performed by the orthopaedic consultant Mrs Dominique Davidson. I hope of course to not have to repeat the experience but should it be necessary I would definitely be happy to receive further treatment there.

No problem with the care provided. First class! Online payment is a totally different matter. Tried to pay a bill online - all looked OK to me. hence surprised to receive a reminder a few weeks later. It transpires that they only accept AmeX over the phone, yet the payment looked ok when I was attempting it. Please spend the 1/2 hour it will take your programmer to alter the website and stop this frustration.

Great to experience at spire hospital Norwich recently, efficient and smooth turnaround after carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel procedure. Well informed on the day and staff polite and helpful, tasty lunch and good coffee after procedure and home within 7.5 hours!

Mr Iraj Zeynali Who did my varicose vein removal was absolutely amazing! He made me feel so comfortable throughout procedure as well as making jokes trying to make me laugh and calm my nerves! The rest of the surgical team were also outstanding especially the nice lady sat infront of me trying to calm my nerves throughout procedure (unsure of her name). Very happy with my experience and would highly recommend this doctor for any vein issues, he was brilliant! 🤩

Spire health care is amazing from referral to completion of treatment. Your not just another number or box to tick. You are made to feel valued and treated with respect. A special mention goes to my consultant Mr. Robert Metcalf an approachable friendly and kind man. I cannot thank Spire enough.

The care and attention to me was above expectations

Excellent care throughout, particularly from HCA Sharon Machin, although all the staff were charming and attentive. If I had a criticism it would be with the food. Post up sandwiches inadequate and the supper and breakfast I had were both really unpleasant.

I was quite anxious about the spinal procedure I was booked in for. However all the staff, without exception ,were reassuring and informative. I could not have received better care. I am 100% satisfied I chose Spire Nottingham for my surgery.

My experience with Spire Portsmouth Hospital was extremely poor and, frankly, unacceptable.

I was billed for multiple examinations that I say did not take place. I disputed these charges, and the matter ultimately went to court. The court found in our favour.

What made the situation even more disappointing was the attitude and level of care I experienced from the cardiologist. I did not feel listened to, supported or treated with the level of care and attention I would expect from a private cardiology service. The impression I was left with was that there was very little genuine concern for me as a patient.

Private healthcare comes at a significant cost, and patients should be able to expect accurate billing, proper communication, professionalism and, above all, appropriate patient care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Having gone through the stress of being charged for examinations I say were not carried out, followed by having to take the matter to court, I have completely lost confidence in this service.

I would not recommend Spire Portsmouth Hospital’s cardiology service based on my experience.

I strongly recommend that anyone using this service checks their invoices carefully and challenges any charges for examinations or procedures they do not believe were carried out.

My treatment was excellent, I was kept informed at all times of my progress. All staff in different departments were pleasant, friendly and helpful.
