For the most part I had a good…
For the most part I had a good experience. One thing was.i ordered handrail to newel post connection kit assuming it would be for the rake seeing as everything else's I ordered was .but I received a straight connection kit

Thanks for your feedback, these fixing kits are mainly useful on horizontal connections. Please give us a shout if you need to discuss this and anything regarding it further.
A great product and service
A great product and service. I had a small problem when my order arrived as I was missing some spindles. After a quick phone call to stairbox the problem was solved and extra spindles arrived by courier the very next day. I would definitely recommend stairbox to others.

Found one agent when planning a bit…
Found one agent when planning a bit dismissive then called back and got good service from another. Ordered stairs then delivery at 7am with no fixings included in box es. Driver noticed but didn’t say anything until we ran out to get him to check. We called office spoke to male agent who said we don’t supply fixings and line went dead! We called back spoke to lady who was very helpful and apologised for the oversight and sent items wooden dowels wedges etc by courier next day. I explained to her that had we not been fitting the stairs ourselves we would not have noticed anything was missing until a tradesman arrived and would have had a wasted day!

Spent £1300 on a staircase for me to…
Spent £1300 on a staircase for me to give the correct measurements to find it’s come the wrong sizes. Plans and websites don’t clearly state they only use 2 measurements instead of the 5.
Won’t correct unless I spent a further £1100. My customer is now without a staircase. And not offered a refund. Stay away, take no responsibility. Will never use again. Cheap for a reason.
