StairFurb Avis

So far really good service and from ordering to receiving my item I have had a smooth time of it, the cost was reasonable and the delivery lead time to
Scotland was fair , I think that stairfurb are great I haven't had any issues getting in touch with them
With any query's James was able to answer for me the product consultation video process is ideal as you can actually show them what you mean I felt the staff are experienced we never felt like it was hard trying to show and tell what we were looking for everything was easy, I really recommend giving them a try I think they have options to suit all budgets as well and the fact it's a DIY job that we are doing so being able you to buy the specific sizes and products to fit and do yourself is really great 😊 not having to worry about anything just giving sizes and ordering it with them then leaving the rest to them is great it's been a no fuss easy purchase so far honestly really please I will post pictures once my husband has finished thanks 😊

Excellent company to deal with. Video call to ensure I had the right measurements, sent and angle finder to check the stringer angle, kept informed throughout, delivered on time with great tracking, well packaged, easy instructional video to follow and installed by this DIY’er in a couple of hours. Would highly recommend

The process to order was really straight forward. The Stairfurb team was really communicative and helpful. Overall I loved the end product, really makes a difference to the space and the quality its great.

Found everything so easy from start to finishing. Very happy with the results.

The company were great at checking the measurements, informing us of when the product was ready and the delivery options.
We particularly liked the text communication and the signposting to the videos that helped us to fit our bannisters ourselves. The product is solid, of a high standard and looks great on our stairway. We would highly recommend the company.

First time using this company and they were great from start to finish! I contacted them on WhatsApp via the website, had a video call and ensured my measurements were accurate. Within 3 weeks the new bannister arrived and I assembled it! It looks so good! Lots of nice feedback from friends and family. The wood is solid oak also and not cheap MDF. The price was excellent and the kit was very high quality with simple “how to” instructions! I’d highly recommend them. Well done StairFurb team!

I booked an appointment to have a video call
The call came at my chosen time
We were talked through all the measurements required
We placed the order and given a guide when delivery will be.
The delivery arrived all protected and was such great quality.
The tutorial video is so easy to understand.
From delivery to complete installation just myself to fit it was 3 hours 30 minutes I wasn’t rushing.

Fantastic service ! Was so easy to order , glass and balustrade’s arrived on time was very easy to install with such clear instructions . We also had text messages with help if we needed it . Was so impressed my stairs look amazing !! Very happy customers and can’t recommend enough !

The team have been really helpful throughout, especially with clarifying the final measurements and being happy to jump on a call to sort things out with my installer. I really appreciate how responsive and patient everyone’s been from start to finish, it’s made the whole process much smoother. I’ll definitely be recommending StairFurb to others once the install is complete.

This is an update of my review for a glass balustrade on my landing. Having had it fitted by a carpenter the glass rattles in the grooves in the base and handrail. It's very annoying. I now have to get the carpenter back at extra cost to me to rectify it. This is not the carpenter's fault as he did mention it. The company say it was fitted incorrectly but that's not the case. Because we assumed the glass does expand and contract we didn't know what to do. The company have since advised to use sealant which had they answered my email could've been done on the day of fitting. So not a happy customer.

We've had a great experience using this company and their recommended fitter, F&H Installations. We had a really useful video call to run through the process and Matt from f&h even came to check our measurements. We aren't experienced in DIY but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both of these companies. We did have a manufacturing issue but this was dealt with and resolved quickly. F&H also did an amazing job cladding our existing stringers and we absolutely love the finished look.

They are brilliant, a little expensive, but very good service and so helpful with. During their video call they spotted things I missed and sent all of the right parts

From the moment we got in touch with Stairfurb to upgrade our staircase we were explained the process with live video calls and professional assistance that made the whole process easy to follow for any DIY enthusiast.I was amazed at how everything needed for the fitting was included, glue ,post spirit level, even an extension screw bit . We are extremely happy with the outcome and has made a huge improvement to our hallway would definitely recommend Stairfurb to anyone wanting to upgrade their stairway

I’m very pleased with the final result of my StairFurb balustrade. It was surprisingly easy to install with just a bit of DIY experience, and it has completely transformed the look of my upstairs landing. The team were very helpful and even arranged a video call to assist with all the measurements and answer any questions I had. The quality is excellent, and the modern finish really lifts the space. I’d highly recommend StairFurb to anyone considering updating their staircase!

Hi
You provide a great service, I was told by the builder that they were easy to install, they look great and we are delighted with the results. We couldn’t ask for a better service, great communication throughout the order process too
Many thanks for a great service

I was totally satisfied with my order. Order process is simple and there is a confirmation to ensure all measurements are correct. Wood was cut cleanly and finished to a high standard. All fixtures and fittings were included and installation was a breeze. So, I’m very happy and would highly recommend. Also recommend the glass cleaner!

The product is very high quality and the instruction videos and support you recieve is brilliant.
If you fit 3 glass panels then ideally you need 4 people to assemble this bit, the glass is solid and heavy.
I would take great care in measuring up too, it's probably better to have a longer piece than a shorter one, which you can't cut down. The hallway looks brilliant now, and everyone that comes into the house comments on how great it is. Thank you Stairfurb
