I do not like the new version
I do not like the new version. I have to constantly reset my printing settings so that the stamps or labels don't come out landscape. Also, sometimes, it's difficult to select USPS Priority Mail. Not user friendly at all.

Never EVER use Stamps.com!!! I still don't have my refund for unused postage since mid February, and it is now mid August. They have been sitting on my money, over $1000, since then. It started with the inability to print stamps on their own sheets. The preview worked, the actual printing did not. The help staff at Stamps.com could not make it work either. I submitted my request for refund in February, and followed their instructions to send in the actual misprinted sheets, showing I hadn't used a single one. They say we had to wait for USPS to verify that the coded stamps were not used. That took 4 months!!! And then my refund was approved. But I had to cancel my account first, and I have not been able to close my account because Stamps.com will not cooperate, and just delays the process, over and over. When I respond to their emails, the next message I get is that they have "closed the ticket".
I have never worked with a company this bad in my entire lifetime. I run a not-for-profit, and we've been out the money for six months.
Their product doesn't work, they take your money, and keep it. Getting a refund is a NIGHTMARE.

The site is very intuitive, and I don't have to worry about correct postage. Fill out the label, put it on the package, and GO! Very easy to add postage.

Most of the time it works great. It is hard to decide the right thing to pick for postage amount.

Easy to use but way overpriced for small users.
I've been using Stamps.com for a long time and in the beginning the costs were reasonable for the convenience of printing stamps, envelopes and mailing labels.
As time went on I started sending fewer packages while the price kept rising to the point it is just expensive for the convenience you offer.
I really don't want to leave but unless you introduce a much cheaper option the convenience is not worth the price
Printing envelopes and stamps is very easy and convenient.
Overall I am very happy with the service.
The only issue is that it is way overpriced for small users.
I plan to discontinue the service when my balance is 0

They told me they cancelled everything for me. Reimbursed me for charges taken out. Now it's still trying to pull out of my account
