Sam and Sarah in particular went above and beyond—keeping me informed at every stage, offering helpful advice (including around probate), and providing a truly personal touch throughout.

Starkings & Watson were great from start to finish. Jake was our first port of call when viewing the property and we found him to be friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. After sales care was dealt with by Will and Steve, who were on hand to offer advice and updates and every stage. We would recommend Starkings & Watson.

It said: I attempted to buy a house through you in 2017 and the service & communication was diabolical. You even went as far as to call my review fake. I haven't been near your company since (and never will), even though I have bought several houses locally. Do better

All at the Brundall Office have been professional, friendly and informative from the off. Told us what to expect and they truly delivered, especially Sarah who has kept us regularly updated throughout which has been much appreciated. Would recommend Starkings and Watson to anyone requiring their services.

As soon as Janet riches assigned to the case,she went above and beyond to communicate all the information from the solicitors and the seller to me .

We were delighted to have the Diss branch assist with the sale of our parents bungalow , through a very difficult time. Every member of staff was kind and courteous at all times. Just brought our first home, it was a slow start no one’s fault however was a bit so until Janet got on the case she has been excellent very understanding and very helpful she can’t do enough to help you and also keeping you updated was a long journey but was made somewhat easier with the help of Janet

Everyone that we have spoken to and met have been wonderful. Starting from the first visit by Sean for the valuation, so professional and knowledgeable about the local housing market, to the photos he brought with him of the property I had for sale. Ellie in the office to Carolyn that saw the sale through to its conclusion, and so many more, have been so incredibly supportive and informative. Phone calls emails all communication was excellent.
