Our headquarters remain in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, close to where the business was originally founded. We now employ over 500 people across our production plant, National Distribution Centre, engineering teams and customer support departments. Paint is a bit thin and easily marks, around pipe fittings finish a bit rough.

Great customer services
I cannot fault Stelrad's website and, especially, their customer services. I called to ask if I could get an LST radiator on a shorter delivery as it tends to be quite long from the usual suppliers. They answer the phone straight away, come up with solutions (a slightly different finish on 48 hour delivery) and keep their promises.

Easy to order and delivered on time
Easy to order and very good prices (at the time anyway). Delivered on time and ready for the plumber when he arrived. However it was a shame that one radiator was scratched on the facing side despite being well packaged, Too late to seek an exchange with plumber on site.

Lack of fittings
I was disappointed to find no instructions/dimensions in the box and also no wall fittings compared to the flomasta radiator which had both fittings and comprehensive instructions. The flomasta radiator seemed equally as good quality and was about half the price!

Brilliant service and quality of product.
There was a small issue with one of the 15 radiators I had delivered but Stelrad were fantastic how they managed the replacement of it. My installer wants me to pass on his thanks to Stelrad for the quality of service he received for the replacement and also the quality of the radiators.

Looks great, but long delivery period
The radiator looks great and it was easy to order online. However, it took a month for the radiator to be delivered (not 14 days as advertised) and communication was poor.
