Product is great but the delivery damaged the product and so it had to be returned straight away.

Good afternoon, thank you for your review. I am sorry that the product arrived damaged. I can see that you reported this to us and opted for a refund instead of a replacement. Although every measure is taking in packing the radiators effectively to avoid transit damage, we cannot guarantee that that they won't be damaged in transit - I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused and can see you have now received your refund

Stelrad double radiator.
The 1800 double radiator was delivered in the time slot started by two very helpful young men who carried it to garage for me. It was packaged very well so little chance of it getting damaged in transit. I have now fitted it and I’m very pleased with look and output.
The only reason I haven’t given 5stars is a slightly paint defect on the top right corner.
If I change any more radiators in my house Stelrad will definitely be my first choice.

Excellent service all round
The heat calculator was really easy to use to help me find the right radiator. I also got helpful advice on this when I called the firm. When I bought the wrong sized radiator the exchange was super easy, cost me nothing and the replacement radiator arrived within two days.

Have bought several radiators directly from Stelrad and it's always beeen great. Delivery has alwasys been spot on and the raidators are well packaged to avoid damage.

Delivery partner let you down
Ordering was a very easy experience.
Cancelled the order due to delivery provider. Due to be delivered Monday, 30mins out a call from delivery to advise radiator not with him just the fixings. Je stated if I don’t reject the delivery they won’t deliver the radiator for weeks. I spoke to your delivery partner he said the radiator not on board due to an error with the measurements 14mm instead of 1400mm. When I called him out on that he then said the real reason was the radiator didn’t fit in the van. I don’t like being lied to, being honest would have been better instead of trying to blame me or you for getting the measurements wrong. I decided to cancel the order as I didn’t like the lie. Went elsewhere instead.

Extremely good customer service
Extremely good customer service from my first enquiry. There was a problem with the initial delivery due to damage in transit to the courier but this was resolved quickly with a free next-day slot. I was pleased with the no-plastic packaging and the product looks good, though I'm no expert.

Easy to order a genuine product
Easy to order and good to order from the manufacturer. Also you know it is a genuine quality product - hence I didn't take a risk by ordering from elsewhere where it was a little cheaper. Radiator is fitted and looks good.
