Stelrad radiator, delicious hot or cold.
Very good experience buying a radiator directly from Stelrad.
I initially ordered the wrong one, one phone call fixed the mistake, with Stelrad organising the delivery of the correct radiator and collection of wrong one.
The radiator itself is well finished with zinc protection ensuring it will survive life in our wet room.

Happy but why are they always bashed
Received on time as usual, well packaged and always a great product but ever time I order direct from Stelrad at least one of the radiators is damaged in some way, it’s usually the top grill and a bracket point that is bashed, it happens pretty much every time, is it the delivery company or is it the warehouse, I honestly don’t know as there is usually no sign of damage until I remove packaging and then discover bump or ding of some kind, getting a little sick of it to be honest, so Stelrad if you really care about these reviews read this and contact me because long-term this is gonna put people off 👍

Great delivery
Ordering via the website was easy and delivery by the courier was within their allocated time slot. Courier delivered radiator into my garage which was helpful. I haven't had it fitted yet so cannot comment on its quality or if all parts are there until the plumber completes his work on 5th October 2026.

Awful service
I ordered seven radiators on the 26th August at a cost just shy of £3000. I was told one of the radiators was not a stock item, so they couldn't deliver all seven together until September 23rd. I agreed to this and told our installer. On the 23rd I had heard absolutely nothing, so I rang to ask a rough time the delivery was going to be, to be told there was no delivery as one of the radiators was not ready. No e-mail, no txt, no phone calls, nothing!. Now I'll have to arrange another installation date, god knows when. I got the usual 'sorry, we should have let you know, blah, blah blah'. I can only hope the product is more reliable than the service.

God afternoon, thank you for contacting us and please accept out sincere and direct apologies. You are right to be angry, the lack of communication regarding you delivery is entirely unacceptable. As explained in the email I sent to you, this was an oversight on our part and it was feedback to the entire team.
We wouldn't recommend that you book an installer until you have received the goods and are happy with them as we don't cover installer fees.
I can see you have now received the radiator which was added to a next day delivery shipment to get this to you at the earliest opportunity. Please accept our sincere apologies for the oversight on our part.

Suppied a long and narrow rad within 3 days. Delivery team were great putting where i wanted it inside the house.The price was much cheaper than any plumbing centers close by.Well done will be back for more very soon.

Awful finish and chips/dents on…
Awful finish and chips/dents on radiators, returned and re-ordered only to have the same problem.
Outer packaging intact so rads were packed and shipped faulty.
Waited nearly a month for over £900 refund. Shocking service, won’t use again.
In answer to your response; you were informed of both returns at the same time during the same phone call. The delay was not due to a miscommunication error but was obviously an admin error on your side. Not acceptable to attempt to blame the customer.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the fact that your items arrived chipped and dented. We have looked into your refund and can confirm the delay was due to a miscommunication; we were initially only notified about one item being returned, rather than two. This temporarily paused the system from releasing your full balance. We are sorry for the oversight and any frustration this has caused.
Parts missing
The baffles for the vertical rads weren't included in the packaging as they should have been and the whole job has been held up for 1.5 days.
