Terrible! Why would someone purchase shoes from this company? I question it now.

Less than ideal experience. I purchased the suede ballerina flats as I got a message saying they were back in stock only to receive the wrong item (gold leather). I returned them the following day but it took ages for me to get any updates on the refund. I had to raise a claim with PayPal as it seemed - based on the responses I got from the customer service team that my return hadn’t been received at the warehouse. I’m just glad the refund has been confirmed but won’t be buying from this site again.

The style is great but the quality is absolutely shocking! I don’t know where these shoes and trainers are really made but not fit for the market stalls! Should be stopped from selling in stores around the UK and online. Only good enough for market stalls or carboot sales!

I jumped on the ''steve madden'' trend and thought lets try to buy trainers other than Nike!

SHOCKED that my trainers of not even a year old started to come off on the inside and only worn ONCE a week!

The quality of the trainers looks plastic and cheap! Paid £100 for a pair of trainers that did not last even a year! Nike ones have lasted SIX years without a fault! Guess I'll stick to the high quality Nike that I always bought from! Shocking to pay so much money for shoes that EVEN Shein ones last for years! Don't believe the hype, looks can be deceiving!!

Amazing shoes but shockingly poor customer service.

I ordered two pairs of trainers. I kept one beautiful pair and immediately returned the other pair. That was nearly 3 weeks ago. The parcel was collected, I have receipt (and could even provide ring doorbell proof if required!). I have been emailing back and forward as no acknowledgement of the parcel being received. I get the same reply constantly even after sending both the collection receipt and email confirmation. No one is interested in looking into what has happened. I see that I am not the only person this is happening to so something is not right! As much as I love Steve Madden shoes this has put me off using them sadly.

The order, delivery and shoes are fine for me and when i had issue i emailed and got a swift answer...BUT it all got spoiled when i had to return a pair of shoes and after 1 month of battle i got a refund but not the entire cost of the shoes! PATHETIC!

Still waiting on refund. I’m still waiting and I am on my third email.

My second pair of nude heels have snapped while wearing them a handful of times. Offering 10% discount on my ne t order is an insult

Customer service is a joke - kept receiving the same email about returns taking up to 2 weeks to arrive at their warehouse when I repeatedly told them that I’d returned my order 28 days ago! Will never order from them again, having to go through my bank - ‘Mario’ was the so called representative responding to my emails if he’s even real, what a mess of a customer service team

Ordered a pair of trainers and decided not to keep them (sizing was off). Returned them via the correct returns process, which I had to email customer service about as thier website gave conflicting information for Northern Ireland. Two weeks later I still hadn't heard anything, checked the tracking to see that the return had arrived and then emailed customer service again to ask about my refund. Their response was that they weren't aware of my return so basically "prove it". I sent them screenshots and had to wait another three days before they replied saying that their system 'hadn't recognised' the return so they had had to issue my refund manually. If I hadn't contacted I would still be waiting! Awful customer service, wouldn't buy from them again.

I ordered shoes three weeks ago, but I still haven't received them. I tracked my order and contacted customer service, yet there was no explanation for the delivery delay.

I am appalled at the services I just received today! MY WEDDING SHOES WHICH I ORDERED ON THE 16/08/2025 ARE YET TO ARRIVE! I REACHED OUT TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES AND A RACIST EMPLOYEE WHO LACKS EMPATHY JUST DISMISSED MY CONCERNS BY ASKING ME TO REACH OUT TO THE COURIER COMPANY WHICH I HAVE DONE SEVERAL TIMES AND WAS ASKED TO CONTACT YOU. I JUST WANT MY SHOES! AND YOU ALL BETTER TRAIN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY DENISE WHO RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL!

Absolutely shocking , not leather as advertised and not a good fit, currently trying to send them back but when I try and fill out the returns label it won’t let me put England in the address box , it has “Christmas Island “ in the box and I can’t delete or alter it … so it says my address details are wrong , and now wont reply to my email ! Disgusting !

Shoddy items, then supposedly they'd not been received as a return, and when I supplied their carrier's proof of return, they then claimed an error in processing the refund, and to await email confirmation. Instead of the latter, I got 3 more emails asking for proof of the return. Eventually got my money back, after contacting the US CEO. Shameful 'service'

Bought these lovely boots for my daughter for her birthday and she said they are so comfortable and very stylish. Very pleased indeed!!!

Their shoes are really bad quality, I think even shoes from Shein are better quality and last longer than Steve Madden! It’s crazy how I spend £120 for a pair of shoes and I didn’t even wear them much… after some time the bottom of the shoe came off which I wasn’t expecting from this high-end brand
