I can highly recommend Sunhat for looking after their customers while away. We had unfortunately the need to call on them a few times but Charlie and Nelson were always available and responded immediately and that is what you need when problems arise.

Thank you for your kind recommendation. While we’re sorry that you needed our assistance during your holiday, we’re so pleased that Charlie and Nelson were there when it mattered and able to respond quickly.
We know that when something unexpected happens while you’re away, having a friendly and dependable team on hand can make all the difference. Being there for our guests throughout their stay is an important part of the Sun-hat experience.
We’ll make sure Charlie and Nelson see your lovely comments, and we hope your next Sun-hat holiday is wonderfully uneventful - apart from the memorable moments, of course!
A fantastic villa
A fantastic villa! Very comfortable, with huge bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the utensils a family with children could need. The pool area is great: really lovely! The pool is large and the water is quite warm! It’s located near Ancao beach (about a 10-minute walk), in an area with several similar houses. The supermarket is a 5-minute drive away, where there are also several restaurants. We’ll definitely be Back.
I’ve been renting out houses on this website for several years now and it’s always gone really well! I’d definitely recommend it!

What a lovely review – thank you! It sounds as though you truly made yourselves at home in Casa Carvalho, which is exactly how a great villa holiday should feel.
We’re delighted that it offered all the space and comfort your family needed, and that the pool proved such a highlight. With beautiful Ancão Beach within walking distance too, it really is a wonderful spot for enjoying the Algarve at its best.
Most of all, it means a great deal to know that you’ve trusted Sun-hat with your villa holidays for several years. There’s no greater compliment than welcoming our guests back time and again.
We’ll look forward to helping you find your next Algarve home-from-home!

Best Villa Provider I have used
Booked a villa in Portugal (Lagos) with SunHat. By far the best villa booking company I have used to date. Rep was available and attentive, house was premium without the premium cost. Extra care and attention that normally only comes at a much higher price point. Will be my go to next time

Great Villa in Portugal
We had a wonderful holiday in Portugal booked with Sunhat. The website had detailed descriptions and plenty of photos which helped us pick a gorgeous villa with an amazing pool and outdoor space. Booking was easy and personal contact was nice throughout. At the Villa we had contact from the local rep who was able to help with a query we had. Great experience and would happily book again with this company.
