I found that the network service very poor. In the heart of London, I very often had no data. Since I was relying on data it was very frustrating. Very seldom did I have 5G service, mostly 4G with 1 or 2 bars and sometimes no service at all.

Working - no contract is better for lots of people. I gave 4 stars would have given 5 if there was a proper support line, when my network stops working and everything is paid, it’s a bit rubbish having to chat or email for help when really there should be a number to call. Apart from that little well annoying thing I think a Superdrug mobile sim is great.

I was never able to login to the 'dashboard' - even after I tried signing up with my email multiple times and the guy who sold me the sim in the store watched and tried to help. Now I don't know if I'll be charged a monthly subscription or not ... I tried to chat with customer service and they never responded.
