Very Helpful
I was given all the help I needed to sort the new sim card and the staff were extremely patient with me, considering at 86 I am not that computer literate. Apparently my notebook is not up-to-date enough to accept the new sim, so I need to buy another one to make sure this sim works. Oh well.
