I have used this service several times in the last few years. You get to speak to someone straight away and the goods are delivered in super quick time. I received great advice on which equipment to buy, tailored to my requirements, which in one case was a less expensive product than I might have bought had it had been left to me to choose. Best customer service I've ever had
Ordered a butterfly outdoor table primarily for fun with family but had a few questions on which model to go for.
Initially email response was quick, within 15 minutes and then they recommended I call for further advice. I called and was greeted by a very friendly person who took time to understand what I was doing. Happily he shared the benefits of each table but importantly did not try to upsell in any way.
Once I'd decided they were able to quickly make the order which arrived in 3 days on a Saturday by 2 man delivery.
Further the delivery company they used were punctual and very friendly also I couldn't fault them.
In a world where most of our shopping is done in an impersonal way online, this was a breath of a fresh air and I wish trustpilot would let me give them more stars because it was without question the best customer experience I've had from any company in a long time.

Gallant Knight Mini Scorers - Great Value
We purchased 12 Gallant Knight Mini Scorers for our 6 Edinburgh league TT teams.
These compact scorers are well made, robust and inexpensive - it looks like they will survive for much longer than the more costly full size scorers we have had over the years.
