They’re very attentive to all your grievances and are keen to provide a wholly caring experience. We’ve enjoyed the past two years with Tangerine very much, and are looking forward to our final year with them.

Terry is an incredible landlord, any issue we’ve ever had there’s been someone round the next day to fix it. He takes care of his properties and all of his tenants so well and we’ve stayed with him for 3 years always making sure to go with one of his houses. Not to mention Gareth who’s over every 2 weeks to clean the house up which on its own is amazing but we love him so much as well.

Landlord and Cleaners etc have been so polite and friendly and have listened to our concerns and provided us with a smooth move in period.

Best Landlord I’ve ever had!

Terry was very attentive to myself and my former housemates when we needed something doing in the flat. When he was able to, he’d sort things as quickly as possible and the renovations he made to the house were amazing.

Landlord has always been friendly and quick to respond to issues. House is reasonably priced, improvements are made reguarly

The house is equipped with everything a tenant needs. The landlord Terry is very considerate and has really thought about the well-being of his tenants. The maintenance team has been respectful and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The garden is a welcome escape from being stuck inside studying.

Rooms are amazing, location has been perfectly picked and the landlord is very attentive. Would definitely recommend this household and housing agent if you’re looking to enjoy your time and have your needs heard!

Great rooms that are equal size with plenty of storage. The house has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher so there are plenty of facilities. It also includes a cleaner and gardener and maintenance responds within 1-2 days and fixes any issues quickly

The cleaning service has been absolutely brilliant, always right on time and can confidently say there was never any issues with the results, super quick too that if it weren't cleaner than before you wouldn't even notice someone was here. Recommend 100%

Gareth has been an incredible part of the team at Tangerine Properties. As our regular cleaner, he consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is spotless and left in perfect condition. His attention to detail and pride in his work never go unnoticed, for instance when he defrosted our freezer. Beyond that, Gareth is just a genuinely great guy. Always friendly, full of energy, and brilliant at connecting with everyone, especially the students. He’s chatty, approachable, and brings a real sense of warmth wherever he goes. We’ll truly miss having him around!

I've had a really positive experience renting through Tangerine Property. The house is in a great location — close to campus, grocery stores, and even a train station, which has been super convenient.

The management team has been fantastic throughout my time here. They're always quick to respond to any queries, and any issues we've had in the house were sorted out promptly. We’ve also had a wonderful cleaner who came weekly and is always friendly and consistently did a great job.

The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well kept when we moved in, and it's remained that way. The neighbourhood has been quiet and friendly, and the front and back gardens have been really well maintained.

Overall, it’s been a smooth and stress-free experience — I’d definitely recommend them to other students!
