Very flexible landlord made tenancy living easy. Great fast response times due to shared groupchats which meant most issue were resolved either the day of or the day after. 100% couldnt recommend more... Voir plus

Amazing Service
Gareth has been an incredible part of the team at Tangerine Properties. As our regular cleaner, he consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is spotless and left in perfect condition. His attention to detail and pride in his work never go unnoticed, for instance when he defrosted our freezer. Beyond that, Gareth is just a genuinely great guy. Always friendly, full of energy, and brilliant at connecting with everyone, especially the students. He’s chatty, approachable, and brings a real sense of warmth wherever he goes. We’ll truly miss having him around!

Great experience with student housing
I've had a really positive experience renting through Tangerine Property. The house is in a great location — close to campus, grocery stores, and even a train station, which has been super convenient.
The management team has been fantastic throughout my time here. They're always quick to respond to any queries, and any issues we've had in the house were sorted out promptly. We’ve also had a wonderful cleaner who came weekly and is always friendly and consistently did a great job.
The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well kept when we moved in, and it's remained that way. The neighbourhood has been quiet and friendly, and the front and back gardens have been really well maintained.
Overall, it’s been a smooth and stress-free experience — I’d definitely recommend them to other students!

Great for Students!
Very helpful and accommodating. They have always been extremely fair with us and are a great choice for student housing, property is fairly priced and is of amazing quality. Would highly recommend!

Best Property Management
Honestly, best house share I've had across the 3 years, Terry is very responsive to issues and was considerate when I explained that I had to give my rent a bit later. The properties are a bit on the pricey side, but in my opinion, it's worth the extra bit considering the cleaning service and free toilet paper. - Bisma

This house really felt like a home
This house really felt like a home, the team at tangerine were amazing they addressed any issues or needs straight away, and made sure we had all the information to reach out if we needed anything. The cleaning team were fantastic. I couldn’t help but brag about how lovely my student house was compared to others, it literally had EVERYTHING we needed. If I could stay in this house forever I 10000% would and couldn’t recommend tangerine enough to anyone, it was the perfect Introduction to renting a property! Terry specifically was so thoughtful, even wishing us luck on our exams I know any future students will be lucky to live in a property like ours.

Pretty great company
The lease was easy to sign, moving in was easy. I love the security that my key to my room cant be used by anyone else but that it gets me into the front door so I only have to worry about one key.
The wifi, cleaner, and living room are nice to have.
