Very flexible landlord made tenancy living easy. Great fast response times due to shared groupchats which meant most issue were resolved either the day of or the day after. 100% couldnt recommend more... Voir plus

Mould is a serious concern to all prospective tenants. To fully satisfy your concerns, we have sent multiple contractors to your residence over a period of months.
These have included cleaners, a painter and finally a building contractor to survey the entire house for damp - damp being the underlying cause of mould and its association with health - pls see NHS link here - https://www.nhs.uk/common-health-questions/lifestyle/can-damp-and-mould-affect-my-health/#:~:text=Mould%20and%20damp%20are%20caused,roof%20or%20around%20window%20frames.
Following this investigation and finding NO DAMP we can confidently state that the house in which you reside thankfully does not suffer from damp.
Further, in the absence of a continual internal leak (also not present) it would be unusual to find damp in what has been an above average warm year.
We are therefore sorry you are experiencing ill health but from our investigations believe that you are mistaken regards it’s cause, and your negative score in our opinion unjustified.
We hope you find the genuine underlying cause of your ill health, thank you for your custom and are pleased you have enjoyed other positive aspects of the house which we strive to deliver.
Meantime, should you continue to feel dissatisfied, for transparency, we invite the findings of any independent qualified contractors that you may seek to instruct and will openly support any investigation.

Great experience!
I have had a great experience with Tangerine Property Ltd for my final year uni accomodation! Our landlord has been extremely accommodating, being regularly communicative and any issues (of which there have been very few) being sorted in a timely manner. The cleaner included in the rent is massively appreciated as well, helping shared areas stay clean and tidy. I'd highly recommend future students looking for uni accommodation to go with Tangerine Property Ltd

Tangerine Property is an amazing student housing company. They instantly establish a relationship with you, as renters and landlords/maintenance, as well as setting up an easy way to communicate any issues that may arise (which are very rare!) If any problems do arise, they are quick to respond and take action, ensuring your experience living in their homes is always 5 stars. I have absolutely no complaints about this company, and i would recommend them to any student who’s looking to rent in Brighton, especially if it seems an overwhelming decision.

Terry Mole and Tangerine Property have been second to none! The house has been our home for a year now and we have loved every minute. The house is finished to a high standard and maintained constantly, any issues we have are solved quickly and efficiently with a friendly service. Amenities including cleaning, gardening, maintenance and kitchen equipment are all included and have really made this house feel like a home for us. Such a great landlord that makes you feel like a friend not a tenant. Thank you.

Wow what positive feedback. We always want you to feel that it is home from home as we know how daunting it can be especially if it is your first year away from home. It is great to know that we have made your feel like a friend as opposed to a landlord as we really do work hard to look after our tenants and be available whenever needed.

They were effective in solving issues and very confident in communication between the tenants and themselves. They are kind and helpful to any questions that we had as this was our first house at university. Their services were perfect for our needs and we hope to have someone just as good in our next property

The house has been wonderful, it has all the necessities I need and more. The landlord has been very supportive and communicates well. Any issues we’ve had have been dealt with promptly and any requests are taken on board.
