From the start, everything was smooth and well-organized. The anxiety I felt during the search for accommodation quickly faded once I saw the quality of the property. My parents were also reassured when they saw how well-maintained and comfortable the place was.

The cleaning team and Tamas were all fantastic. They consistently kept the property in excellent condition, making my stay pleasant and stress-free.

Has been so lovely living here! The team are great and are happy to sort things out quickly. So handy never having to buy any toilet roll as it is included! and the cleaner coming every fortnight is a huge help! all around a great experience especially compared to other student houses in Brighton. :)

Honestly they are so efficient! The team places you into a gc with all the people you need when renting, including the landlord, maintenance team and cleaners which helps a ton when you have questions or any concerns about the property (which is very rare). Honestly i’m sad to be leaving Tangerine has been the best experience i’ve had with renting since moving to brighton 4 years ago so i definitely recommend!! You’re in safe hands :)

Really enjoyable experience with this company. House was in excellent condition when we moved in and there have been very few problems whilst living here and any problems were dealt with swiftly. Very good communication and an excellent service provided.
