Very flexible landlord made tenancy living easy. Great fast response times due to shared groupchats which meant most issue were resolved either the day of or the day after. 100% couldnt recommend more... Voir plus
Great spot, easy for campus. Any problems were fixed quickly and without fuss. Landlord very accomodating and friends, really enjoyed living here. Would recommend.

Homely house
Great decor and super lovely landlord, many things provided (exactly what a student needs). Application was also super easy and answered all our questions. Green bathroom would be nicer redone apart from that everything is perfect

Great rooms, lovely cleaner and an overall great experience.
So far we have thoroughly enjoyed our experience at our tangerine property. We have had no problems at all and are looking forward to the months ahead.

9 Hornby road
Clean and spacious rooms, amazing kitchen and very good showers. On the down side, very slow Wi-Fi upstairs and a trench in the garden.
However it’s mostly all positive

wonderful property. Positive experience
Living in a tangerine property was wonderful. Excellent response time and fabulous property provided from the landlord. Bedrooms had a lot of space and good use of storage. Mattresses were so comfy. We did end up not liking the fake plants but it did give it a more naturalistic feel which we appreciated during study time.

Great properties with personal gardeners and cleaners for main living quarters. any issues in the house were sorted promptly. overall great experience

Stayed in one of terrys properties for a year whilst at uni. 10/10 service and would definitely recommend. Super quick and efficient with responses and a problem never went ignored. Thank you again for a lovely stay :)

Terry has been a fantastic landlord. He has been attentive and supportive when help is needed and otherwise very respectful of my privacy within the property. Any issues have been dealt with extremely promptly and easily. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anybody to rent through his business.

I believe we have had a very positive experience. Whenever there was any maintenance issues they were fixed relatively quickly. The house was in a prime condition when we arrived. Very university student friendly. The cleaner who came with the house as well was a superstar.

Well managed and perfect for students
Was distraught after moving out of my beloved uni dorm and thought nothing would feel the same. However, the property we rented in Bevendean was a absolute delight, my room was cozy and the house was well furnished. Paired with a welcoming and cooperative landlord, it really made my academic year stress-free and my uni-dorm woes were no more.

Great Landlord
Terry (Landlord), cleaning staff and maintenance staff were extremely kind and helpful regarding any issues we had. The landlord reported any grievances to me and my housemates very respectfully and remained neutral when issues arose.

Genuine care and fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service the entire year. Terry & Tamas are a wonderful duo who put genuine care into their homes and provide any help needed throughout the year. Only wish I could stay with Tangerine Properties for longer.
