If you manage to live under a house from Terry, you've won in the housing department.
All honesty, they've been great for me and my house during our 2-year stay with him. We stayed with him during lockdown and ,although they were tough times for everyone I'm sure, we were definitely able to make the best of our time and this was optimised thanks to the house, help from Tamas and the landlord, Terry Mole. Him and Tamas are excellent.
Any problems or issues that needed fixing, Terry replied to us instantly and fixed it no problem as soon as he could. He goes the extra mile following up problems, if they took time and always was secured a solution no matter what. Truly a landlord of his word.

We are currently in our second year of residence at Wigmore Close and have loved every second. The house is an amazing design with each room homely and stylish which sets it apart from most student accommodation. One of the best things about Tangerine is how quickly any issues are resolved, with Maintenance a quick phone call away as well as having a fortnightly cleaner to help keep the house nice and sparkly. Overall, our experience here has been nothing short of fantastic for mine and my house mates first time leaving home and would highly recommend tangerine property for the best student accommodation

Tangerine Property have been fast and helpful when it comes to problems we have had in the house. I had a missing mirror that was replaced the day I queried about it. They have also kindly provided us with essentials like shower gel, toilet paper, cutlery etc. I am very satisfied and recommend Tangerine property’s if you want a landlord who cares.

I had a tenancy for 12months. Every issue and query the other tenants and I ever had we’re always dealt with in an effective and efficient way. We never felt alone or out of depths, which was really reassuring in our first tenancy.

This is a lovely house with a kind landlord who is understanding and catering. He is very fast to respond if something breaks or goes wrong, and usually has it fixed the very next day.

The house itself is close to bus stops and also walking distance from moulscombe train station, which is very convenient. The house also has many nice features, such as a shoe rack, warm LED lights above the beds, beds with space underneath for storage, lots and lots of plug sockets, as well as USB ports under each desk.

There isn’t anything bad I can say about this house or the landlord, I highly recommend.

I am a university student and lived with Terry throughout my second year. Terry is very genuine and generous and unlike many landlord horror stories I have heard about from friends who live in brighton. Any issues me or my flat had were solved almost instantly after messaging him; whether it be to fix furniture or hardware, Terry and his team got it sorted. I can’t recommend enough to anyone who is considering moving in.

Terry was a great landlord. He made sure all of us were always comfortable. Never had any issues with me. Always was respectful of our privacy too. The house was lovely too, great location, beautiful views, all services provides. Never had any problems. The whole team made sure we never faced any issues, things were looked after and fixed even before they broke down. The house itself is in great condition, and things are maintained really well. And I'm very sure that after all the refurbishments Terry is doing, it will become so much more better. Overall, a great place to live, a great landlord to have!

My time with Tangerine Property has been phenomenal. The landlord really cares for the tenant’s living experience, whether you are a student or a working professional.

As a student, Terry (the landlord), made sure each rooms were catered for my needs. I was delighted to have my own huge desk, great space for storage, great instillation for the cold winters and sturdy windows. I can go on about the property’s structure and architecture, but to summarise, it is excellent quality. To top it off, Terry cleverly designed the communal spaces to feel and look like home, which helped all the tenants to live as a “family” and in harmony. It also encouraged the students to utilise these spaces and make great memories. And because it was beautifully decorated, this also motivated us to keep the house clean. We were also fortunate enough to have a fortnightly cleaner!

A good landlord also cares about the maintenance of the house. Whenever there were maintenance issues, Terry was prompt with his response and swiftly organised a professional to come into the home and help us out.

I would strongly recommend using Tangerine Property because you won’t be disappointed!

This landlord is extremely helpful in solving problems that we had been experiencing throughout the house. We raised an issue that chairs were faulty and new ones arrived within days. This landlord really does the most to take care of his tenants in the property.
