We was having our garden door fitted and it was done swiftly and safely, with minimum noise.

I’ve been renting one of Terry’s properties since August 2020 and have had a great experience so far. Any maintenance issues with the house have been dealt with extremely quickly and professionally by Tamas. Our washing machine broke and was repaired Tamas, and then the new machine was installed by Tamas as soon as it arrived. The shower was leaking water into my bedroom below and this was fixed really fast. The house is really lovely and we’re very grateful to have a cleaner included too, she does such a thorough clean. No complaints, except the house is pretty expensive.

A beautiful property and excellent landlord.
The communication was excellent.
There was a slight water leak from bath overflow splashing from the flat above. This was dealt with immediately, although the landlord was not the owner of the property above. He took control and rectified everything.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

The house is very beautiful, modern and ideal for students. Thank you for all the kitchenware you provided. The cleaner is very nice and does her job well. There is no complaint from me about the house.

Moved into a great place, well worth the money spent with an amazing landlord, who is very attentive to our needs.

Issues were solved promptly with maintenance coming at the earliest convenient times and the communication was great most of the time. Would recommend to any student looking for a house.

All in all a really good student house- spacious and accommodating. With bills included and the added bonuses of cleaning services, its a good first student house. Downsides are that its a house on the pricier side and the location is a little out the way.

Choosing Tangerine Property's for renting during my time in Brighton was an easy choice. There property's are high end with most if not all appliances provided. The property's are very spacious and easily accessible by public transport.

Reporting of maintenance issues would be attended to with the highest priority, all staff contractors entering the premises would be vigilant and very professional.

I have had alot of experience renting around Brighton and I feel I am unable to fault the professionalism and service of Tangerine Property's.

Terry is an amazing landlord who always responds to any issues immediately and makes sure to check in on us to make sure we are okay. The house is such a nice uni house with a lot of character - unlike normal white walled, basic houses! It is a bright, clean, fresh house with lots of plants! Well looked after! I’d recommend his houses to anyone!

Terry is a great landlord and any issues I've had since living at his property have always been sorted quickly and efficiently. Not much to say as I've not had any issues with tangerine property at all- would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area!

Easy property to rent, acted on any issues effectively!

We rented a property of Terry’s for our 2nd year of university and I couldn’t fault it. Any issues were addressed immediately. We had contact through a group WhatsApp which made communication easy and helpful. We had a fortnightly cleaner who was amazing, the house was cleaned immaculately. All rooms are nicely sized and beds are so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, two ovens, dishwasher and washing machine etc. Terry was polite and easy going whenever he attended the property.
Thank you for being an amazing landlord, we will miss this house and have made some amazing memories here!

I’ve had a good experience renting this property this year. Terry and his team have been very assertive to our needs, any problems that we’ve had have been sorted straight away. The communication between the landlord and the tenents is also great, having a whatsapp group between us is very helpful. We also have a cleaner that comes every two weeks which is a massive help. Overall we’ve had a great year living in our property and will miss it next year!

I really loved this property! Whenever there was a problem or a question , it was always answered and handled quickly and well! The landlord was amazing even through this pandemic and confusing time! Am very grateful for this and had an amazing year!

While staying in Terry’s property, he was incredibly quick in responding to any issues; this is due to tenants being able to voice our concerns in a whatsapp group. I think this is a great idea! Overall my experience was positive and any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally.
